After signing to do the work and setting up the day which was on a Saturday he emailed a few days as a reminder he was coming. They arrived on time they were neet and clean during the install. Even though they are more expensive than other companies I've had in the past when it comes to things like this, they can't be beat. The person I spoke with on the phone was incredibly kind and understanding. They kept me informed, called to let me know the technician was on the way, and even texted me a photo of the technician beforehand, which I really appreciated for safety and peace of mind. The technician who arrived was very nice, professional, and extremely helpful. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. Since the visit, my furnace has been running quietly with no more strange noises.
