I'm female, which can mean being jerked around; sure enough, one place tried to charge four times more than the average price, and another came over, said he'd send an estimate, and disappeared. That was a good thing, though, as I met Kevin in between the two and knew I wanted to hire him. He was friendly and straightforward, came exactly when he said he would, sent a professional estimate with a great fair price, and answered all my subsequent questions. On installation day he was again prompt and efficient. He did the work in half the time I expected and cleaned up afterwards, leaving behind a job done right the first time and a very happy customer. Months later, everything is working perfectly. Five-star reviews sometimes make me think the subject's mom wrote them, but this business deserves every star available. I called in the early afternoon, and on the busiest weekend of the year, they promised to have someone come and check out the unit. Larry came out that night, and stayed to fix what was a previous mistake, plus install new equipment to make the AC unit work. Not only did they not charge to correct the wiring problem, but the new charges were extremely reasonable. I fully expected to get price gauged because it was an "emergency" situation on the busiest weekend of the year, but they were honest, and did not overcharge at all. Larry stayed late on a Sunday night to make sure that the unit worked. Truly, thank you for the quality service & price. 10/10 would recommend to anyone that has a heating/Ac problem in the area.

Larry was able to come a day earlier than promised, suggested replacing rather than fixing our 18 year old system, and had the new unit installed and working in less than a week. Larry and his helper were professional, prompt, courteous, and offered three choices in a top rated air conditioning unit. We're calling them for our furnace inspection this fall. Cathy M

The missing star is for the plumber. I was double booked for an 11:00 appointment. He showed up after 4:00 which was ok. He did a good job on my faucet but I feel that he over charged me for fixing the 2nd leaky faucet. That cost more than installing the first faucet. I wonder if he charged me overtime since he was there past his regular hours. (Their fault) I will use them again for maintaining my furnace but I will probably shop around for another plumber.
