Jet Plumbing is the absolute best! Our toilet wasn't filling last night and today he has it working perfectly by the time I got home! Tony is so responsive to our calls and he always gives a fair price and incredible quality work! Not only has he fixed our toilet in our older home, he has fixed our bathroom sink and even the ancient steam boiler and water tank in our basement that was a huge job! He came out in the coldest day of winter on his day off to do it. Tony is amazing! Always call Jet Plumbing!! read more

Huge thank you to Tony from Jet Plumbing! What an incredible business owner. I was making an appt with him as there was a leak coming from the basement faucet. I placed a tote to catch the water in the meantime and while speaking to him on the phone, he pulled over and walked me through some steps to see if I can fix it and what do you know, it worked! I can now water my newly planted shrubs! 4pm on a Friday afternoon. Thank you so much Tony, that was sooo nice of you to take the time over the phone! Highly recommend! I had seen many positive reviews for Jet Plumbing and they did not disappoint! read more

Extremely fast getting back to me, scheduling the work, and explaining the costs. Highly recommended.

Once again Jet Plumbing to the rescue! Tony and Ryan came out within an hour of my request! Did not disappoint for a single moment....professional, approachable and fair. Thank you so much! Highly recommend. read more

Put in a request through yelp! They responded right away, when I called them and they missed it, they called back and helped me work out a time that works best. He also had me send pics of the job so they could walk in prepared which I loved. They arrive promptly on time after we made the appt. The work was a little bit expensive compared to what I thought it would be. They were done within an hour. I hope I never have to call again, but if I do, these are the guys I'd call read more

I noticed that my Dad's water heater was showing signs of leakage around the inlet and outlet pipes. I called Tony based on all the positive reviews on Yelp. He responded very quickly and gave a guaranteed price based on a few photos I sent. within a couple of days, he and his brother showed up exactly on time and had the new heater installed in a couple of hours. They are the best plumbers I've ever worked with. I'd definitely use them again and highly recommend them. read more

They restored my faith in people today! As a brand new home owner, I'm experiencing quite the learning curve. My garbage disposal stopped working and I reached out and spoke to Tony. He wisely knew that he could troubleshoot this with me and it worked. No charge. He couldn't have been more patient, kind or helpful. Fantastic! read more

I didn't use Jet Plumbing's services directly, but he pointed me in the direction of another wonderful plumber who was able to meet my needs. Anyone that is willing to help out a customer that they can't help themselves (only due to location) must be worthy in my books! read more

Very impressed by the service I received on 3/6/23. I've been avoiding swapping out my old sink for something from this century as I anticipated problems with this being an old unit... but they were competent, friendly, very clear in their communications, and got the Job done with only some minor complications. Tony was happy to consult on other projects and offered useful advice on my upcoming bathroom reno. Will certainly be giving them a call when I'm ready to proceed. read more

Honesty and integrity sums it up. Tony, the owner, answered all of my questions and quite frankly could not have been more helpful. He knew he didn't have the part to fix my furnace and would have to order it, which would take a while. He referred me to a mechanical company who could fix it immediately, which obviously cost him my business and my money. He also offered to attempt to walk me through another minor problem I have in my bathroom (before coming out to look at it and fix it). I simply could not have had a better experience... read more

Old cast iron pipe was leaking. We called Jet because of excellent Yelp reviews. The guys from Jet Plumbing were wonderful. Very professional, gave estimate before they started work. The estimate was reasonable and I felt comfortable with what was charged. The job was completed in a timely manner, excellent work, and they cleaned up before they left. I will use them again and recommend to everyone I know. read more

I reached out with a non-emergency request to replace a toilet that was fairly outdated. Tony responded quickly, explained everything clearly, gave me plenty of options and fit me in the schedule within a few days. His work was thorough, efficient, tidy and -- best of all -- he couldn't have been friendlier. Next time I need plumbing support, it's no question who I'll reach out to! read more

Tony Isarai of JET Plumbing is an amazing plumber. He has performed so many services for us over the years. His work is always performed exceptionally well. Recently, he installed a new furnace and water heater at our home. We have lived in this home for over thirty years and we never had a warm comfortable home. After Tony installed the new furnace there are no more cold areas and no more loud knocking noises in the middle of the night. Thankfully we have a new furnace when the cost of heating oil increased dramatically. Our oil consumption has been cut significantly and our home is warmer and more comfortable to live in. Tony also installed a radon removal system on our well several years ago which works fabulously and does not make the loud noises the other system made. JET Plumbing is the best! read more

Tony and his brother came to fix our kitchen faucet yesterday. Since it was not an emergency, we had an appointment for a day and a half after calling to schedule. I felt their price was fair for the area and Tony was very friendly and talkative. He was honest about everything he was doing and explained what to do if xy or z happens. The installation went seamlessly and our new faucet looks and works great! We will definitely call Tony back for any further plumbing needs. read more

My husvand and I needed a plumber to install our new kitchen faucet and did not know who to call. He read about Jet Plumbing being a family run business and decided to call them.. found out later that they are two brothers. Tony , the owner spoke with him and gave him a time and that he would phone him before he left, and followed thru. He and his brother arrived with masks and shoe protectors. I must say that they were efficient, very neat, and the job was completed perfectly. WE definitely will be calling on them in the future with any of our plumbing problems. Thanks Tony and to your brother also. Dennis and Marie D. read more

WOW !! Hard to imaging a better company.. We had a major job in Enfield, Ct., and the difficulty was compounded by antiquated previous plumbing, and the need to knock it out in a single day. My mom is ill and can't be without plumbing, so we were experiencing a major sense of urgency. Tony, the owner, set us up with lightening speed, changed a water heater, and rerouted 65 year old pipes, and sinks. Truly remarkable !! They did it all, to perfection, with minimal interruptions.. Best ever !! I'd be happy to recommend, and talk with anyone who'd like to know more about our experience. Dave B. read more

I purchased a new refrigerator and needed a plumber to hook up the water line for the water and ice feature. A friend highly recommended Jet Plumbing, I'm glad she did. I had a great experience with Tony! I had a shower leak and needed to have the plumbing replaced. I chose Tony because not only was his quote less expensive than others, but he also provided a lot more detail and forethought when he came to look at my issue. He and his brother did the repairs quickly and were able to problem solve any issues that arose. They were very friendly and respectful, making sure everything was cleaner than when they arrived and wore masks the entire time. I also found out after the repair was done that my plumbing leak had previously reached the unit below me. I needed some additional documentation from Tony for my insurance claim and he sent over everything I needed very quickly to help get it resolved. Overall, great experience for my first homeowner issue! read more

A huge thank you to Jet Plumbing for their installation of our bathroom vanity. Tony and his brother were informative, professional and friendly. The installation was beautiful with a custom curved baseboard cut, done by Tony, to seamlessly accommodate the curved legs of the vanity. Pricing seemed fair and worth the service and attention to seemingly every detail. Even beyond the job they were fantastic. After their departure we realized we were missing a feline. Thinking he may have escaped with the back and forth to the truck, I called Tony while on the verge of tears. He was incredibly understanding and assured me that both he and his brother always make sure to close doors upon all entries and exits. Sure enough, the little furball reappeared shortly after the call..in our living room. We highly recommend Jet to anyone in need of a plumber. Good people that go absolutely above and beyond to make sure the job gets done right. read more

Tony and his brother did a fantastic job replacing the main stack and several other old pipes and drains in my 1959 house, one of which was behind a wall in the guest bathroom. Tony was able to cut open the wall in a such a way that all the seams were hidden behind the vanity and toilet once fixed, so nothing was noticeable. They were friendly and worked hard to provide the best experience possible. They also wore masks and foot protection in the house, which is appreciated. Tony provided a thorough explanation of everything that was done and had a very fair price! I would definitely call them again for any plumbing needs. read more

Beyond impressed with Jet Plumbing. I spoke with the owner who was clearly not trying to charge me anything more than need be. His honesty and unbelievable wealth of knowledge helped me out and then some. We need more professionals like this in the plumbing industry. read more

Tony, of Jet Plumbing, is a fantastic guy who has been honest and reliable ever since I began calling him a year ago. He has come out to the house between jobs to inspect the plumbing system with short notice if he is in the area. He keeps his appointments (wish all contractors would show on time to their appointments). Tony even text me once when he was running just 10 minutes behind from another job, which I thought was extremely courteous seeing that 10 minutes to me is no big deal at all. His work is neat and professional. He explains everything very well and even told me on two separate occasions to NOT replace a part and saved me a bill. read more

Super helpful not just snaking the shower but showing me how to do it too! Super friendly.

Jet Plumbing, Tony Sessy and his brother Miri, will be my new go-to plumbers forever. If you live in the Greater Hartford area, use them!! I cannot sing their praises enough - professional, responsive, courteous, efficient, knowledgable, fair prices, absolutely the best service I have ever received, top of their craft. Tony, Miri and their assistant replaced two toilet seats for me with two Toto bidet seats, replaced my 50 year-old leaky kitchen faucet with a lovely new Kohler faucet they had on the truck, replaced 4 ancient shut-off valves - 2 under my sink for no charge - and unclogged my upstairs shower drain, all in under 3 hours. They came early (calling ahead to make sure it was ok), explained everything ahead of time and as they were doing the work, gave me a thorough tutorial on how the bidet remote worked, and - AND!! - asked if, since there were 3 of them here, was there anything heavy that I needed moved in the house? (yes!), as they could see that my husband and I were both elderly and mobility-limited. Are you kidding? Who does that? Tony & Miri, that's who. Tony answers his phone, calls you back, gives you a timely appointment, and the best advice and counsel. I have rarely encountered such professionalism and courtesy from anyone in the 40 years I have lived in my 110 year-old Hartford South End house. Their kindness and skill took my breath away, honestly. Call them, you will be in the safest of hands. What a pleasure to do business with, my absolute highest recommendation (something I do not give easily or lightly, it must be earned - it was). If I could give 10 stars, I would. read more

I had a couple of different issues in the house in the last 12 months. Replacing an old bathroom sink, and a clogged shower and some other matter. I had a leaking shower head and called. Company replied very quickly to request a photo. I texted a photo, and company called to say if I buy the necessary part (valve), they will come install it for $175-$200. However, finding the right replacement part is 95% of the difficulty of fixing the leak. I then went to youtube and learned how to remove the valve with nothing more than a screwdriver. The installation of the valve took me (non-expert) about 10 minutes. I'm grateful for the quick reply, but the two stars are for (1) asking me to spend time finding the right part before coming (i.e., doing their job) and (2) charging $200 for something that took someone with access to youtube and screwdriver 15 minutes to do. I'd recommend doing some research before calling. Edit: Shortly after posting the original review (above) the company tracked down my phone number from our earlier interaction and called me unsolicited to complain about my review. Please use caution in sharing your phone number. read more

Tony is a great guy. He gave me free advice over the phone to fix my leaking sink. I was able to complete the repair myself. Very impressed

Plumbing problems ALWAYS happen at the most random times. On this particular occasion, I walked into my basement and unexpectedly found a pipe spewing water everywhere... at 9:30pm on Sunday night. Needless to say, I cursed for a few minutes... then panicked a bit... then tried to patch it up on my own. I failed. Because I suck at plumbing. The next morning I hopped on good old Yelp to find a reputable plumber to help me out. I called up Jet Plumbing and was greeted by Tony, who couldn't possibly have been more friendly. I explained the situation, and he said he would come by around lunchtime to check it out, in between scheduled jobs that he already had booked. As promised, he showed up right on time, diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed quickly and efficiently. He even taught me a few things about my plumbing system and advised me of some things to look out for. FANTASTIC all-around service. Would highly recommend! read more

We needed a toilet replaced after noticing the bolts had rusted and it was wobbly. Called Jet Plumbing and they had an opening the next day. Tony and Miri are extremely professional, courteous, clean and fast! The toilet they installed is fantastic, also. Wonderful experience, all around. They even provided me with a few recommendations for other things I need done around the house as well as contacts for people that could provide that work (non-plumbing related). Highly recommend them and wouldn't think of using anyone else for my plumbing needs. read more

I just had the pleasure of working with Jet plumbing to install a new soaking tub as part of a bathroom remodel. Not only did he install the tub, but also replaced all of the lines in the bathroom that were original to the house (1941). Tony was excellent to work with. He helped us through the entire process. Talked through our remodel with us, provided us tips and suggestions for how to be successful in our first 'do-it-yourself' bathroom endeavor and was there for any questions we had. The price for all of the work and advice was reasonable and I feel like we very much got our money's worth. I can't say enough good things about JET plumbing. I will use them for all of my plumbing needs going forward. read more

We had a wonderful experience with Tony of Jet Plumbing. My husband reached out to him on Saturday morning and was quick to call back. He came out on Wednesday (our issues were not an emergency). Tony gave us an hour window and called when he was on his way so that my husband could leave work and meet him at the house. He took a look at our two issues (we needed to replace the plumbing under our kitchen sink and the water shut off valve in the basement was leaking) and explained what he would have to do to fix them and what it would cost. He was quick, friendly, polite and clean. He fixed our issues for what we think was a very reasonable price. We'll definitely use Tony again in the future for our any of our plumbing needs. read more
