My time does not matter since time is not valuable and waiting for an appointment seems to be the model that lazy companies use to avoiding good customer service. I got up early and prepared for the estimate. 11:30 am rolled around and no one came so I called the company. It was a cluster. So, I cancelled the current appoint and the next appointment the following day. Wow! can you imagine needing gas in the heart of winter and freezing to death while waiting for the truck to come? The only thing you could do to survive is start burning the furniture, hook up the barbeque pit or not use Long Energy in the first place. I will go with the last option. It is a long shot, but I think I am right.

Tonight our furnace stopped working and we called Long Energy for emergency service, after looking up our address the extremely rude woman handling our service call stated that since we purchased fuel with another company they "wouldn't touch our furnace for any reason", leaving us in the cold and searching for another service. After serving 22 years in the Marines, I would say that I am disgusted by this company and their lack of ethics and pride in serving their community. Install 5 ton central AC for first and second floors and 1.5 ton ac for 3rd floor We paid him over 84% of his total bill ahead of time and we are stuck having to pay others to do what he contracted to do. Not a single job has been completed. He did remove a lot of the basement floor. He did remove the old radiators, but left the pipes sticking out of the floors. We have one Navian heating system, instead of the two promised, installed for all rooms but the primary kitchen. We do have AC for the third floor with a dripping condensation drain going into a vent pipe that is not supposed to be open plus condensation dripping from a ceiling ventilation duct. We learned he was not a licensed plumber so plumbing installation was halted by the City Inspector; hence we have one small bathroom sink, a dripping tub, and one toilet. That is about all he has done. To top it off he has not shown up for over three weeks nor returned our text for two weeks. So we are taking matters into our own hands and (1) finding a licensed plumber to make our house functional.(2) Another heating/AC company to finish the work he started.(3) And, as you know, LM Masons to repair our basement. Lesson learned! Don't trust someone over the Internet. Though, apparently he has neglected to perform work in a timely manner for people that live here too. Sigh... it is such a shame. He is a caring father who has very poor work ethics.

We were very satisfied with both the quality of the product and their workmanship, which is why we reached out to them again. This time, however, the experience fell short. We scheduled an appointment for a representative to come out and provide an estimate for a furnace (and potentially a full HVAC system, including central air and a hot water heater). The technician came to our home and gave us only a verbal quote--nothing in writing. As most homeowners know, it would be unwise to move forward without a written estimate, especially when comparing multiple companies. We specifically needed a written estimate as part of a real estate transaction that had already encountered complications. After the appointment, I followed up and spoke with our service contact, Joe B., who assured me he would email the estimate. Unfortunately, we never received anything, and because of the lack of follow-through and documentation, they unfortunately missed the mark this time. As a result, we've decided to move forward with another plumbing and heating company for this project. It's disappointing, especially given our positive experience in the past, but communication and proper documentation are essential, and this time it just didn't happen.
