I was wrong weeds were under the mulch.When I chose to challenge the final bill, the manager did reduce the bill but it was minimal and would not negotiate any further and said since we were at an impasse she would forward the issue to a lawyer. I called the owner of the business Mr. Lehigh, he called back at 8 pm and I was out with friends, called him back in the morning and he deferred my call to the manager that I had been dealing with, she was curt and not so pleasant. That in itself tells me that his customer concerns are not a priority.No one wants to bring a trivial law suit , they are costly and take time away for more important things, neither which i was interested in pursuing .
