When I spoke to the owner, he said he would not charge me, well he shouldn't since I asked that it not be cut several days in advance. When I spoke to him he told me that it is confusing because we change out mind every week. First, that is not true we did it twice, and second, we are paying for the service and can tell them when we do not want it cut. He told me if we do not want it cut, we should tell them the day that they are coming. Now how do I always know when they are coming when there is rain, etc? In addition, when his brother was doing the mowing, he would actually skip us when our lawn looked like this. Once he skipped us and the owner charged us anyway. I expect my landscaper to know when not to cut, but I always text so they can plan their schedule and crew. When I told him we were discontinuing his service his text back was that he did not need my business anyway. The below pictures are my lawn before they came to cut it. We had asked them not to in a text on Saturday, and they cut in anyway.

IM LANDSCAPING & MASONRY TO THE RESCUE!!…read more Since the pandemic, our patio was in desperate need of a refresh; take out the weeds, clean the bluestones and put poly sand in the joints. After getting several estimates, we called IM Landscaping and spoke to Freddy. He was able to come to our home and give us an estimate to do the work, which was fair and reasonable. Freddy and his team arrived early the next morning. I loved the fact that they were very thorough in removing the weeds, digging deep to get the root balls out. After that, they power washed the entire patio, even behind the condenser. Everything was so fresh and clean!! Due to the rain forecast, Freddy thought it best to make sure the stones were thoroughly dry before he installed the sand. He returned the following week and completed the work.
