IM LANDSCAPING & MASONRY TO THE RESCUE!! Since the pandemic, our patio was in desperate need of a refresh; take out the weeds, clean the bluestones and put poly sand in the joints. After getting several estimates, we called IM Landscaping and spoke to Freddy. He was able to come to our home and give us an estimate to do the work, which was fair and reasonable. Freddy and his team arrived early the next morning. I loved the fact that they were very thorough in removing the weeds, digging deep to get the root balls out. After that, they power washed the entire patio, even behind the condenser. Everything was so fresh and clean!! Due to the rain forecast, Freddy thought it best to make sure the stones were thoroughly dry before he installed the sand. He returned the following week and completed the work. Freddie's team saved my large deck from a future collapse by replacing several deck supports that displayed sirens of rot. These supports were installed in accordance the building codes of 1992. The guys upgraded 5 deck supports and re-leveled the deck surface. They brought the structure up to current building standards. The work was efficiently and quickly completed.
