He provided several scope options and estimates, which made it easy for us to understand our choices and choose what worked best for our budget and needs. His workers clearly take pride in their work. They were thorough, paid attention to detail, and did a beautiful job transforming our backyard. Our project was completed neatly and professionally, and they made sure to clean up the entire area when the project was finished. It's wonderful to work with a company that is honest, dependable, and genuinely cares about the quality of their work. We're extremely happy with the results and would definitely recommend them. Mike and his company took over our yardwork and gardening over a year ago. He provided 100% better…read moreservice, results, and communication than our previous provider -- and at better rates! After getting to know him a bit, I asked him to help redo our cracked and crumbling blue-stone front walk. He dug up the old one, only to find another brick walkway buried under that one; he took out the brick, then filled the fairly deep channel with gravel and dirt, leveled it, pressed it, cemented it, and laid a gorgeous new laser-cut bluestone walk. You can see the results in the pics in the company's profile -- mine is the one with the yellow front door. If you live in Westchester, I can't recommend Fanelli highly enough -- for landscaping, weekly yard maintenance, and for masonry. Honest, direct, good at communication on email and phone, and comes back to fix anything that needs fixing at no charge. I highly, highly recommend.

When I bought a condo, Concrete Care removed the cheap vinyl that the previous owner had put on the…read morefloor and replaced it with a gorgeous concrete floor. The work took 7 work days for ~500 square feet, and the whole process took ~2.5 weeks from when I first messaged to when they finished. I messaged through Yelp on a Saturday, and Daniel called me back on the Monday. Jack came out to provide an estimate the next day, and he brought samples of polished concrete so I could pick a color. He gave me two quotes: one for removing the vinyl and just polishing and one for also pouring self-leveling concrete and polishing that. The estimates were competitive with quotes I had received from others, and he sent them through Quickbooks within hours of meeting. We decided that they would remove the existing floor first so we could get a sense of what just polishing that would look like. They also provided a COI promptly once we decided on this plan. Jack had a three-man crew come out the following Monday. They arrived everyday from 9 am to 9:15 am. Within an hour, they had ripped up the baseboards and vinyl floor. The concrete underneath had bubbles, large cracks, inconsistent coloring, and a large stain from previous water damage. The foreman, Alberto, suggested they just pour new concrete, and I agreed. We got Jack on the phone and went ahead with that plan. The crew did a great job putting up plastic to protect the walls and the limited furniture I had in the unit. They also put up plastic in the building hallways and carefully disposed of all debris. And 7 workdays later, the floor looks great! Would definitely call up Concrete Care again for any remodeling that fits their skills. For reference, the four photos are of (1) the living room before removing the vinyl, (2) the living room after removing the vinyl, (3) the completed living room, and (4) the concrete samples in the living room before the work.

IM LANDSCAPING & MASONRY TO THE RESCUE!!…read more Since the pandemic, our patio was in desperate need of a refresh; take out the weeds, clean the bluestones and put poly sand in the joints. After getting several estimates, we called IM Landscaping and spoke to Freddy. He was able to come to our home and give us an estimate to do the work, which was fair and reasonable. Freddy and his team arrived early the next morning. I loved the fact that they were very thorough in removing the weeds, digging deep to get the root balls out. After that, they power washed the entire patio, even behind the condenser. Everything was so fresh and clean!! Due to the rain forecast, Freddy thought it best to make sure the stones were thoroughly dry before he installed the sand. He returned the following week and completed the work. Several neighbors immediately commented on how nice our patio looks. We're sorry that we didn't take before and after pictures to post. Do not hesitate to give IM Landscaping & Masonry a call. They are knowledgeable, professional, and their prices are reasonable. Thank you Freddy!!
