All American is the best tree service in Westchester. Extremely responsive and great team of trimming specialists. I called them and within hours the owner Tim came over and assessed the work and gave us an estimate which was very agreeable. He's a great guy to work with and very responsive. Btw, a few days after they finished trimming my trees and abbreviates I noticed that a neighbours tree was still intruding over my property and bushes. I contacted All American via text and got an immediate response. A crew was dispatched almost immediately and trimmed whatever was needing to be removed. Highly recommend ALL AMERICAN read more

All American trimmed our large trees and sculpted them beautifully. They also cut down some dead hemlocks. They are conscientious from estimate to job completion. Their pricing is very fair and their owner, Tim, checks in often during the job. We were very pleased with his crew as well. read more

Great service from a local company. Called them on a Monday morning, the company owner came by that afternoon. This was not a time sensitive project, price was very fair. Six men with proper safety gear came Tuesday afternoon and professionally removed a large tree. Work was done neatly and safely. read more

Tim and his crew are great! It was easy connecting with him and getting time for a quote. Tim was super thorough and knowledgable! Quote was right there on the spot, and very reasonable. The crew is really experienced and have been with Tim for a long time. They finished a big job quickly and safely. We will definitely be using Tim again for trimming or bigger projects. read more

I called and Tim was at my house in 10 minutes to look at my tree problem. He and his men arrived the next Morning. Helped me move my husband's van and got to work. Excellent work and cleaned up! Highly recommended Tim and his mem! read more

I called about two very tall trees on my property that I was worried about. Tim the owner answered and said he would stop by to take a look at them if could that day and sure enough, he did. He told me both trees needed to come down and quoted what my husband and I thought was a great price. Meanwhile, the trees were not only close to each other, they were also close to my privacy fence on one side and my retaining wall on the other which of course made it harder. I was worried about the possibility of the fence or wall being damaged but Tim assured me they would be extra careful and that nothing would happen to either. Tim's crew showed up on a Saturday morning to take down the trees. They were very nice and worked very safely, and quickly. I watched them for part of the time and was so impressed at how efficient they were and how well they all worked together cutting and cleaning up. Even my neighbor noticed and remarked about how quick and clean they were. In the end both fence and wall were just fine AND Tim was spot on about the trees because once they started cutting, I saw that the trunks had huge rotting holes in the middles! Needless to say, I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs tree work done. read more

Tim and his crew removed several large dead trees and pruned others that had gotten severely overgrown. He provided a quote within 15 minutes of my call, listened carefully and advised me on the extent of the work he recommended. The crew was skilled, professional and got the job done quickly. This is our second time using this company. I highly recommend them. read more

Tim (the owner) was great. I contacted him with my request and he was practically right over to look at the job and provide a great and comparable estimate. He revolved around my schedule and once I was available, they were there and completed the job within the same day. His equipment is top of the line and his workers were very respectful of the surroundings, especially with my outdoor furniture, moving them well away from the work area. In fact, when they placed the stuff back, I think they put it back better than I had it to begin with. They cleaned up so well that after they were gone, it looked as if they weren't even there (except for the trimmed back trees) :) . read more

We've used Tim a few times, for tree removal and trimming. Every time Tim's crew is reliable, safe and leave behind a clean job site. They have a big crew and a bunch of trucks, so they can handle big and small jobs quickly. These guys know trees, if it's worth saving Tim will make sure it gets preserved. Tim's prices are very fair and he'll make sure you're satisfied before he leaves. Highly recommend! read more

Can't say enough good about these guys! Spoke to Tim in the morning about a pretty big downed tree we had and by 11:30 it was GONE. Total pro and super nice. Would definitely recommend, read more

I don't like writing reviews like this, but this is what yelp is for. I'm sure that All American Tree Care is a great company that does great work. However, my initial experience with them was quite poor. I needed some work done, I called and spoke with Tim on a Monday. I was told he would come out for an estimate the following day, Tuesday. Never showed. I assumed he was busy and gave him a few days. Still no response. I reached out again the following week, I got a phone call, was apologized to and told that afternoon someone would be out to look. No show again. Texted the following day asking what happened. No response. He finally showed up to my house the next day in the evening. 10+ days for AN ESTIMATE that took about 10 minutes. Not only did it take a long time to get the estimate, their price was more than double that of their competitors. The price is what it is, but the customer service was very poor. He could have done better, and just didn't. My suggestion to All American, treat your new customers with a little more respect. I can understand if you're busy, but you just left me out to dry. Keep this up and I expect you'll see more poor ratings. read more

I'm a property manager in White Plains. We have used Tim several times. His work is always excellent and easily the best I've come across locally. Prices are fair and competitive and he always responds quickly and professionally. More than once he's helped us out on very short notice. Highly recommend! read more

If you can get a hold of someone, they show up quick! That's about as good as it gets here, though. Quotes/prices are much higher than other companies and the owner is unprofessional and rude. I wouldn't recommend using this company. read more

I called Tim, the owner at 7:30 this morning. He came over 15 minutes later to give me an estimate for various work to be done. He had a crew nearby that could finish up and do our work today. What service! By the time I came home from work everything was done and cleaned up beautifully. He then showed up to inspect the job. It was not our first time using him, and we've always been happy with his work, his price, and most important his professionalism and customer service. read more

Amazing service! Tim and his team came to the rescue! My elderly mom had a huge tree that cracked and was leaning into the house. He returned my call and kept me informed via text. He then called to discuss what needed to be done. The cost was reasonable and what I had expected. He worked around his schedule just to fit my mom in because he was concerned for her safety and the house! He came the very next day! They did a great job and cleaned up afterwards!! Thank you Tim! FYI...I called some of the more well known providers and NONE of them called back. read more

Tim came out the same day within 2 hours, reviewed my needs carefully, walked me through the process he would take, and provided a reasonable quote. The work entailed cutting down two trees on an emergency basis, and trimming all of the other trees and bushes on the property - it was a significant amount of work. Tim and his team finished all of the work in a professional manner on one of the hottest days of the year. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and would not hesitate to hire him again. Highly recommend. read more

I recently used All American Tree Care, based out of White Plains, NY, for a fairly big job at our house. They were fantastic in every respect. The owner, Tim, was incredibly easy to work with, he was prompt and communicated with me every step of the way. Their workers are courteous, respectful and could not have been more accommodating. And the pricing is by far the best I found. I really cannot say enough good things about this company and their work ethic, and am incredibly happy with the work they did. The trees on our property had previously not been cared for and All American Tree Care took down dead or dying trees, and pruned branches that had become unsafe. They cleaned up after themselves and left the place immaculate. Really a top-notch, well run company. I highly recommend them. read more

Had an excellent experience with Tim and his guys. They did a great job and Tim gave me a great price and I will use them again for sure.

This review is late on my end but definitely worth writing. My husband and I had gotten a lot of different quotes from tree removal companies, but nothing compared to the professional, courteous customer service I received from Tim and his crew. Very knowledgable, took his time and did an amazing job removing this huge , hideous tree on my property. Highly recommend- you will not regret it!!!! read more

Tim and his crew were on time and did a remarkable job of removing the tree that fell on my property and smashed the patio roof. They were especially careful not to create additional damage to an already bad situation. Prompt, courteous and professional! That's what counts. read more

Tim and his crew were awesome! Filed my permit, took down my trees in a timely manner, trimmed everything else. All at a fair price. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend! read more

Had an estimate provided back in September and agreed to have several trees removed from my property. After about 3 weeks waiting for an appointment I called and was told it would be a few more weeks as they were trying to combine clients in my area and I would here back soon. I was finally given an appointment in December. Several days before the appointment I received a call to reschedule to early January. It was then rescheduled again to January 31 and I was told that was the best they could do. Well I was ready on January 31 and nobody called or showed up. I would have been OK if they had provided notice that they would not be able to show up with some justification but to not show up or even call was totally unacceptable after all of this time. read more

Excellent service. Very reasonable prices! Tim, the owner, was very polite and professional.

We have hired Tim Katchetoorian and All American Tree Care several times throughout the years and have had a great experience every time. Mr. Katchetoorian, the owner, is professional and courteous, explaining what needs to be done and how his team is going to do it. His prices were very fair and firm; no extra added on charges at the end. His skilled crews worked fast and carefully, with each member knowing just what to do and everyone in sync with each other. In the last job, his crews handled everything from selectively trimming limbs on several tall (maple) trees to full removal of multiple trees close to the houses, including the removal of stumps and roots, in less than a day. It was especially impressive to watch the care they took when dealing with the tree limbs that were overhanging a neighbor's parking area. When they left, there was hardly a woodchip to be found and the stumps were ground below grade. We highly recommend this expert company and will definitely be using them again. read more

Great and fast service. Tim came out the same day I called for a quote, gave me a great price right there and then. He removed a huge tree that was about 92' in height as well as two smaller trees, a few bushes, and grinded two old tree stumps. His crew was very professional and fast, they finished the whole job in two days. I definitely recommend his service. read more
