Trust me, I am a critical, older person, who worked in construction and installation for over 25 years. I notice a professional operation when I see one! We loved watching the experienced crew "attack" the old roof and tackle the process of getting the new roof up there. The grand finale, cleaning up and making sure that there wasn't a nail and any old debris left on the property, was impressive! During the 9 1/2 hours of activity, with a 20 minute break, we didn't hear one negative word from the 4 to 7 men and one female. We did hear much laughter and noticed the smiles. I'd absolutely recommend these guys based on my experience so far. Communication was great, apart from some rescheduling necessitated by weather--it's so wonderful to have someone pick up the phone promptly every time you call. The crew itself was incredibly hardworking and friendly. They arrived promptly in the morning and didn't leave each day until it was too dark to see, often past 7pm. The metal roof over my kitchen is beautifully done, and the EPDM roofing on my porch seems to have been carefully laid as well. I was worried about the amount of garbage a job like this generates, but they seem to have been very diligent about cleanup as well. I called Kevin at Paragon Roofing. Kevin came to our home and gave us an estimate. He arrived when he said he would come. He gave us a very competitive estimate. I had called others, i Was told they could come in a month or more to give us an estimate. Kevin told us what day they would be here and they were. Everything Kevin told us ..... he did. After a small autumn visit by Paragon to repair roof flashing around a porch roof gutter, (I'll know if this actually went well after winter snows are gone) I requested and was promised an estimate for fixing or replacing a back porch roof. This was several months ago, mid-pandemic of course. I'm relieved the small repair actually got done butI have called Paragon repeatedly for many weeks to just get the estimate. The head guy, Kevin, is never available and no estimate is forthcoming after literally months and dozens of my requests. Terrible management. read more

These people did a good job on the roof, but... they broke any number of things, including the outdoor barbecue. They promised to fix everything, but after months and months passed, it was evident they weren't telling the truth -- and, in fact, they never repaired a thing. And, they left in their wake debris all over the yard and again, although promising to help clean up the mess, they never did. Highly NOT recommended. read more

Let me add that while the check for the roof was taken in mid August with a promise to begin late September to mid October, they did not begin until mid DECEMBER and did not finish until mid January. And they kept stringing me along saying Next Week, for 7 weeks. Then when the job was complete, there was dirt, and nails and metal shards all around the house, and I was told I would have to get a painter to come in and paint the wood parts. Why was I not told about this I asked....o, says Bill Murphy, "I forgot". So now there is an additional expense. And if you ask just about anyone in the county who has used them it is the same story. read more

lAs other reviewer said, skip this place. They used to be Harpis roofing and changed their name. Wonder why. They will be sweet and professional until they have your money. Then they turn into unprofessional monsters who you'll have to chase to get your job done. Oh, and did I say, they are $$$$ without the customer service or even human decency. read more
