Forget the box stores and kitchen design centers! We visited them all, and I can testify that you cannot get the craftsmanship and custom touches that Ross provides at this price with anyone else. He worked with us to design the layout, he built and installed custom cabinets, and did the tile work. He even made us a beautiful and unique gate that slides into the peninsula that we will use as a doggie door so that we can keep our dog in the kitchen. Our tween daughter was so impressed that she said she wanted to move into the kitchen (she was only half joking). Russ came and replaced a leaking shut off valve and added another valve for our outdoor spigots and gave us some advice about other plumbing issues in our house. He knows his business, gave good advice, and did great work. Tim came out to check out some electrical problems we were experiencing and didn't try to sell us service/work that we didn't need. He replaced some broken outlets and fixed some sloppy wiring work that another company did, as well as installing conduits and an outlet for outdoor wiring. The siding needs to be removed, dumped and reinstalled with brand new materials. The windows and the door are out of plumb. No flashing was installed anywhere . The window framing is missing from inside . We asked Dwaine to come up with some solution but he refused it. When we asked for reimbursement, he became verbally aggressive. When we reported Radical design and construction to BBB and Attorney General, he answered with lies and accusations without any proof . We don't recommend his service.
