It's been almost a year now and the quality of the work is excellent - zero issues with any of it which is a major relief. The detail work he did is stellar - I am still noticing things he took care of without us having to ask. He worked really quickly too which was helpful since the epicenter of our home was completely torn apart. He ALSO found and fixed some MAJOR problems without adding very much to the over all cost of the project which was very, very kind, something most other contractors would have taken advantage of. The last thing I will say is that the weekend before we were set to start the renovation, I severely broke my ankle. I was sending notes and sketches to Cole from my hospital bed and he was unbelievably patient, kind, and open to whatever we wanted to do and made sure he had what we wanted just right. He was easy to work with and made sure we were happy with every single decision. He also gave us great advice when we were considering a bad choice for materials or design. I seriously cannot recommend him enough, Cole is a great contractor, does excellent and HONEST work. He's busy but if you can get on his calendar, I promise you will not be disappointed. 4,000,000/10 will hire him again (I am attaching photos - they aren't great images and don't do the job justice at ALL, but i tried)

He requested 20% downpayment via 'cash app' or Venmo, which we provided to secure his commitment. He then blew the first two beautiful days, neither showing nor communicating to reset expectations. Eventually texted, "don't worry, I'll get it done." The third day he burns the entire morning buying supplies, and demands additional 25% Venmo to purchase. Arrives after noon, and leaves at 4pm, demanding half the job's payment in cash. After I provide payment, he says he'll be onsite at 8am. The forth day, Nick and his 'crew,' which consist of his female partner and brother don't show up until after 11am. They are a complete wreck, spilling a 5gal bucket of paint water in my house, through a whirlwind of disorganized chaos. The partner throws a tantrum, drives off the property to go home, only to return minutes later and proceed to sleep in the vehicle for the next two hours. At the end of another partial day of poor quality painting, not one single side of the house is done. The job is not even 25% finished, and I've paid this guy over $6k via Venmo. There's one last gorgeous day before winter is coming on the sixth day. Nick assures me he's fast, will get it done, and will be back at 8am. On the fifth day, Nick doesn't show, doesn't answer texts or calls. I'm left responsible for all the mess he's left, and equipment laying all over my lawn and throughout my basement. It took two truck runs for me to return his property, escorted by Cairo PD. Nick never answered the door, pulled his equipment inside while nobody was around, and has still yet to reply to any messages. There are police reports, I have witnesses willing to testify, and records of all the above. My advice is to not engage with this wrecking ball of a 'business.'

The siding needs to be removed, dumped and reinstalled with brand new materials. The windows and the door are out of plumb. No flashing was installed anywhere . The window framing is missing from inside . We asked Dwaine to come up with some solution but he refused it. When we asked for reimbursement, he became verbally aggressive. When we reported Radical design and construction to BBB and Attorney General, he answered with lies and accusations without any proof . We don't recommend his service.
