Each time I was told the same thing; that my message/complaint would be sent. I've asked for a return call each time. I have yet to receive a call. This has been going on for two weeks. Our unpleasant experience with WOW: a large mirror that was packed by WOW arrived shattered. (see…read morephoto) Other things that were damaged: A toolbox was missing one of the locking latches, a corner lamp arrived damaged, a folding table was dented, a lampshade was crushed, and a wooden bookcase was cracked in half. Also, an unopened package of cardboard moving boxes was not on the truck when everything was delivered. And this: an expensive Frontgate artificial Christmas tree that we had taken meticulous care of arrived as follows: The tree was bent and crushed as flat as possible, mashed down with pieces of cardboard squeezed tightly with packing tape. (see photo) Then WOW claimed that we (the customers) had packed the tree - which we had not. WOW refused to compensate us for any of this.
