Each time I was told the same thing; that my message/complaint would be sent. I've asked for a return call each time. I have yet to receive a call. This has been going on for two weeks. At this point I'm expecting a huge discount after not getting my carpet cleaned two weeks ago because the machine was broken and there was no replacement. It altered my entire day and I wasn't offered a thing. In the summer I was told my message would be forwarded and the same thing, no one called. First, The final price was 50% more than what was quoted. Secondly, They were supposed to deliver goods to two stops, but goods intended for Stop A were delivered to Stop B (despite being CLEARLY marked). The company then REFUSED to retrieve the erroneously delivered goods and then to deliver them to the correct stop. Rather than continuing to deal with these people, who by then I had concluded were either incompetent or thieves, I hired a different moving company to pick up the erroneously delivered goods and to deliver them to the correct stop. If I lived in New Jersey, I might have sued them (about $1,800 including the cost of the second company, but with no compensation for my loss of time and all the aggravation). BEWARE and DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

Our unpleasant experience with WOW: a large mirror that was packed by WOW arrived shattered. (see…read morephoto) Other things that were damaged: A toolbox was missing one of the locking latches, a corner lamp arrived damaged, a folding table was dented, a lampshade was crushed, and a wooden bookcase was cracked in half. Also, an unopened package of cardboard moving boxes was not on the truck when everything was delivered. And this: an expensive Frontgate artificial Christmas tree that we had taken meticulous care of arrived as follows: The tree was bent and crushed as flat as possible, mashed down with pieces of cardboard squeezed tightly with packing tape. (see photo) Then WOW claimed that we (the customers) had packed the tree - which we had not. WOW refused to compensate us for any of this.
