They took their time, they covered all the surfaces in my home, not only with drop clothes but with thick cardboard, and made sure they were able to replace the window and leave my house even cleaner then when they arrived. Within the next couple days we had the same problems with the windows again. Our last phone call with them consisted of complaining that we keep getting billed for repair work that has NOT been successful, and we were told they would need to replace all 3 sliding windows, a billable service. We thought that they might be willing to repair or replace the windows at no cost this time, considering we've spent hundreds if not more for products and services BELOW STANDARD. We will never use this company again, or recommend their poor service.
