Look no further for your window and door replacement project! I have used Bloomfield twice now and have been very happy with the outcome on two separate homes. From initial consultation to walkthrough (with Ryan) it was a seamless and pleasant experience. Donna and Christina in the office were very prompt getting back to you and answered questions with knowledge and patience. They go above and beyond. I appreciate that I have met an honest and upfront company. read more

Tony and his crew are amazing. They came and put our new sliding door on our deck. Tore down, cleaned up and hauled away. We like them so much they are coming back to do our front door and screen as well as our barn doors on our bedroom closets. (Pictures to follow). I will recommend them to anyone asking about doors. read more

We shopped around a bit to replace a gable fan with a window and decided that Bloomfield window and door was the best value for this job. The estimate was very reasonable for one window and the customer service was excellent! They came out for a quote and then worked with us over email to decide which window was the best for us. Once we decided the window was measured and within 6 weeks the window arrived. The installers came within a week. They did a great job installing! They did an excellent job and the window looks amazing! read more

Tony and his crew took on a pretty difficult project for me of replacing arched windows in a tower, about 15-20 ft up. The windows were inaccessable from the outside, so they had to improvise from the inside. It took two days to replace (plus production time), and they did a wonderful job on as it as far as I can tell - the new windows look great! I am very thankful for their help and for being attentive to my needs when I asked them to change the glass from tinted to clear. I give my highest recommendations to this company and their services are well worth the money. I had a great experience with their work, thank you! read more

Honestly all around amazing experience. We needed 3 windows replaced. From our initial phone call, to the estimate process and the installation everything went smoothly and professionally. We received a timely estimate, and within a few weeks we had windows. While the overall look of the room hasn't changed, the knowledge that they were installed properly and that the issues were resolved we are so happy. When it comes time to inevitably replace other windows in our home, we'll absolutely return to Bloomfield Door & Window. read more

Sooo I had been looking at windows and a new door for sometime 4 quotes. Big box stores, window and door specialists and then I decided maybe I will go local, found Bloomfield Window and Doors. The personal service and the price was exactly what I was looking for. Finally my doors and windows came in. I could not be happier with both. My house is no longer drafty I can sit in my living room without a sweater. On the day of installation Jon came through to make sure everything was good. I'm so happy with this decision!!! read more

Bloomfield Door and Window installed three windows in our kitchen back in November. We could not have been more pleased with the installation crew. They left the kitchen cleaner than they found it. The windows went in 1,2,3 and then they spent a good amount of time perfecting the trim both inside and outside. We had several estimates and while their price was the lowest, the quality of the windows and quality of their workmanship was second to none. Best of all, the cold draft that came through the old windows has been gone but not missed these past months. Thank you Tony and your staff!! read more

Bloomfield Window and Door is NOT lead certified. That means that if your house was built before 1978 and has lead paint, they cannot legally work on your home, but they do anyway. They do not follow EPA's guidelines for working with lead paint and will expose you and your family to lead paint. They lied to us and told us they were certified. They are not. They lied and told us that they followed the procedures. They did not. Here is a link to the EPA site where you can look up contractors who are actually certified. https://cdxapps.epa.gov/ocspp-oppt-lead/firm-location-search/distance I have reported them to the EPA. Don't risk exposing your family to lead dust. They continue to claim they are lead certified but will not produce their certification number. If they are certified, why did they not follow the EPA guidelines for lead? When I asked them, they didn't even know what the guidelines were. I had my son's lead levels checked following their installation, and they went UP. How irresponsible do you have to be to knowingly expose a young child to toxic lead? I shouldn't have to be an environmental lawyer to keep my family safe. This company should do the right thing, admit they lied, and clean up their mess. read more

Bloomfield Window and Door replaced our replaced our old front screen door with a new beautiful one. Donna to the service people that come out, they all are so friendly and efficient. I highly recommend working with them. They are easy to work with and very responsive. We have a very nice screened door, that is full glass when you aren't using the screen. The screen retracts into the glass so you only see it when you are using the screen part. It works very easy. read more

Great service and reasonable prices. They were very responsive and professional. They were able to get my door repaired quickly.

We were looking to install a storm door for our front door. After looking around for quite a while and not being satisfied, found Bloomfield Windows. Tony came and spent quite a bit of time showing us options. Once storm door was installed we could not be happier. Also had them install weather stripping on the door and on a side door to our house. Made an instant improvement on limiting the drafts that came through the old screen door. Just recently we had them install 3 sound dampening windows and a Bay window. Prices were so much more competitive than a well-known window company; but the windows themselves are excellent quality. Today they came and installed two new storm doors. They are beautiful! The installers were professional and worked quickly, but efficiently. Cleaned up thoroughly. Will recommend Bloomfield Windows to everyone and anyone. Quality! read more

Team was extremely helpful getting screen replacements they made it simple and easy highly recommended

We met with Tony on a smallish job and were so impressed with the quality of the product and Tony's knowledge that we decided to add in basically every product the company sells. We got a new front door, a new back storm door and beautiful sets of sliding doors and windows for our Glass enclosed porch. The best was replacing our three pane floor to ceiling window on that porch, which overlooks the park with an entire piece of singular glass, which really opened up the place and put us right into the view. The crew was fantastic, knowledgeable and did a great job building out the window units. While overall the cost may not seem cheap, you've got to understand these are the top quality products put in by a strong experienced crew. Even there back office schedulers were responsive, friendly and professional. I cannot recommend Bloomfield door and windows more. read more

If I could give more stars, I would. We recently had this company replace four doors in our house, including a troublesome pocket door. We were sure we'd have to tear out part of our kitchen wall to replace it, but the company's pocket-door specialist managed to install a beautiful brand-new custom door without ripping our wall apart. All the doors from this company were custom-made and really strong and well-suited in design and color to the part of the house they were installed in. I think the main reason this project worked out so well is because the owner, Tony, sat with us before starting and went into great detail about the pros and cons of various types of doors, the costs involved and the time frame. He also made it clear how supply-chain problems would impact the project's completion. And finally, one thing Tony did really was above and beyond. He ran into a problem getting copies of our 40-year-old keys made, and had a locksmith come to the house and install new locks on our front doors--doors that weren't even part of the project. And because he hadn't foreseen the problem and made it part of his estimate, he ate the cost! I haven't dealt with many contractors who would do that. And his crew were friendly and very skilled. I recommend this business whole-heartedly. read more

I had entry door replaced by them. I had many many repairs and small renovation after moving into my new home and dealt with numerous businesses but by far Bloomfield Door and Window is the best experience. Jonathan, Michael and Henry with his dynamic duo partner were just great people with wonderful work ethics. Louise who answers the phone is just so sweet too. My previous experience with other window and door company was so very bad I was very hesitant to replace the door but now I am super happy. Thank you Bloomfield Door and Window Team! There are truly no words to encapsulate what a perfect find this company is. My husband and I are new homeowners who recently purchased a home that needs many upgrades, one of which was windows. Upon meeting Tony, we were immediately welcomed with a warm, compassionate, and friendly soul. Pricing was perfect, execution was superb, and final product was exactly what we wanted PLUS MORE. The staff is equally as nice, down to their receptionist Anne who kept us updated through the whole way. We have absolutely no complaints about this establishment and will pass the word to anyone and everyone we know who needs their services. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH GUYS! read more

I can't quite remember how I found Bloomfield Window and Door Company, but I don't know how I would have replaced my windows without them. Firstly, they came in way under quote of the other big national brands (you know which ones). But the biggest value was Tony (and company) and his passion about window, design, and make the best customer experience. He met with us multiple times and basically held our hands through the process. As first time home owners, this was exactly what we needed. They worked around our schedule, were flexible with everything that we needed, and were professional and efficient. I rave about our experience to everyone and now I am finally posting a review on their pages. The business has an old school attitude about making the customer happy with their decisions. Kindness abound with follow ups, details about warranties, and patience for reluctant home owners that are worried about the details. If you are looking for a quality product, positive experience, and good value for your money, then start with these guys. You can check around for other quotes, but leave Bloomfield Windows and Door last because they will surprise you and earn your business! read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! A high winter storm wind sent something crashing through our front windows, literally opening our living room to the winter storm and elements. I scrambled to get recos from neighbors and husband searched Yelp reviews/we both got the same clear winner: Tony's company. We can't believe how quick they were to respond. And how reasonable and great the work was. They replaced our custom-sized storm window and 110 yr old glass window pane THE SAME DAY we called. Tony is the real deal, serious about quality service and honest prices. read more

Very personable company, great customer service and interactions with everyone in person and over the phone. Never felt pressured to agree to anything beyond what we needed. Pleased with the quality and glad to finally be able to use these windows! read more

I took quite a few estimates, and Tony was the only person who took the time to educate me about windows and doors. He showed me samples of windows and explained what makes for great windows and doors. Everyone else just counted up the windows & doors and left me with brochures. My daughter and I knew right away that Tony was the right guy to hire. Michael, Armando and the crew did perfect work. They took their time, the work is precise, the capping, cutting, caulking, installation, door saddle, jamb, hinges, door handles, are all perfect. Perfect. The results are beyond my expectations and the benefits are immediate with less outside noise, no drafts and longer lasting heat in the house. read more

We needed a new storm door. This company was a joy to work with from arranging the estimate, to the installation. The price is higher than one would get from Home Depot, but the superior product and service is more than worth it. The installer Henry was professional, came early to the appointment, and did a great job. We love the door. Going local is definitely the way to go and this company is a good example of that. read more

We simply cannot say enough good things about Bloomfield Window and Door Company. Everyone who works there is friendly, courteous and professional. From our first call with Lucy at the office to Henry who replaced our back door and back storm door. Along with Tony (the owner) and Michael (his son) everyone was a pleasure to deal with. We had them do a number of jobs at our place and they were all completed quickly and professionally. They replaced all of the screens in our wood screen door, repaired a number of our antique roll up screens and replaced our back door and back storm door. We could not be happier with the results. It is clear that they take deep pride in their work. We also found their prices to be both fair and competitive. We will use them again for all of our door and window needs. read more

I am surprised there are not more reviews here. Tony and his group helped me replace 3 of my old broken basement windows with new windows. The windows they used were exactly what I wanted, sturdy, secure, and aesthetically appealing. They are able to be pulled out relatively easily to act as a fire escape also which is a big plus. The group did the job right by installing insulation around the windows, and properly sealing them away to reduce heat loss. My basement feels more cozy and comfortable now, and definitely warmer. There is more work to be done in the house on my large windows and backyard door to create a french door, and am looking forward to having Tony continue his great work. After dealing with many contractors, trying to sell our home, Tony, the owner, has been, by far, the most knowledgable, helpful, and honest person I have dealt with. Can't say enough about the wonderful experience we had using Bloomfield Window and Door Company. I was very impressed with their positive reviews. We needed a custom sized back door to replace the original 60+ year old one. Tony came over and there was no hard sale, just great information and a fair estimate. His son, Michael, came on the day and time promised and worked meticulously to install our new door. He heard my husband's back was out and took it upon himself to paint the interior frame! This is a great family business that impressed us so much that we're meeting again to discuss replacement windows! read more

My wife and I can't say enough how much we appreciated the service we got from Bloomfield Window and Door. We moved into a house that was not equipped with a fire-rated garage door and had an opening that required a custom size. Most of the company's we called simply gave us a quote over the phone with no real insight into the situation. Tony, on the other hand, did the RIGHT thing and came for an in-person estimate. He worked with us to provide a true evaluation of what we needed which ended up being way less than the phone quotes we received. Tony and his son Mike proved to be some of the most courteous and professional people we've worked with, providing flexibility and understanding. This was especially appreciated as it was all happening around the time my wife was due to give birth to our first child. Once the door was ready they did a great job with the installation and were open with the entire process. We would gladly work with Tony again. read more
