I was told on Monday that someone would call me 30 minutes before my 9AM appointment on Wednesday. Fast forward to Wednesday at 9:40AM - No one ever showed and when I called I wasn't given any sort of explanation or apology by the receptionist. Just a simple "can we schedule for another time". When I further probed, is when she finally offered some version of an apology and told me she didn't see me on schedule. Why would I want to purchase a high ticket service from a company who can't follow through on simple appointments or offer any sort of decent customer service? Highly disappointed especially given the good reviews and the fact that I stayed home from work for this!!!!

The HammerTime team transformed my rough industrial loft into a brilliantly stylish live/work…read morespace. They helped me figure out a great design AND then built the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, library and studio. As an artist I often choose to work with recycled materials and they were very willing and able to work with me on this which was a great plus. The quality of work and attention to detail is so good it reshaped and unified a very cobbled together an open 1800sf loft into a strikingly simple and beautiful live/work space. They noticed things along the way that improved the outcome enormously. This commitment to the happiness of the client, great communication and honest upfront pricing make William and Michael an excellent choice when looking for a contractor. I will be working with them again in the future.

We met with a lot of contractors but none of them gave the price and great customer service the way Vinny and Justin did! They came out right away and were able to give us a quote that was more than fair especially for the big job we needed done. Vinny even worked with our insurance adjustor. Justin is super responsive and supportive and always made sure we were heard and our needs were met. Roy, Selvin, and Manuel are amazing at what they do. We had a vision of what we wanted for our bathroom and they executed perfectly. We liked them so much we hired them to replace our gutters and replace our basement bathroom and fix our laundry area. I seriously don't know why anyone would work with any other contractors in NJ, this is the best team!! 10/10!!!
