Vinny impressed us with his expert eye in the layout for our front walkway. These guys did not waste any time. Vinny, Sal and the crew started early every day and worked hard all day. They were exceptionally professional, accommodating and meticulous and went above and beyond. It really shows that they are specialists in their masonry work. It was amazing how quickly they were able to do a thorough job of removal and cleanup of the existing concrete. The pavers were beautifully installed and the pitch was perfect. What a transformation. From the second we emailed them, the communication was consistent and the responses we almost immediate. The craftmanship that put into the work was extremely well done and was treated like it was their own personal home. We had our fireplace completely remodeled and had electrical done so we could mount our TV. I could not be any happier with how it turned out. Billy was great with his suggestions on what we should do and I am so glad we listened! We plan on using Five Star Finish for our future home remodels. I have to speak on all the 1-star reviews due to the $100 deposit for an in-home evaluation. It was worth EVERY PENNY of the $100 and they deduct it from the services once you use them. If you want the best work done, then you need to put in the little money that you eventually get back.

I left 3 voicemails with secretary, poor lady kept apologizing, but Doug never called me back. You want someone who doesn't stand behind their work, or returns 3 calls, or honors the work they did - call Werkheiser. You want quality of work, go to ARM Roofing, HIGHLY recommend them - they fixed in one shot what Werkheiser failed to do, never complaining about "I need a new roof"... ARM Roofing showed me pictures of everything Werkheser roofers neglected - huge holes in my roof. Lesson learned, hope my experience saves you money and aggravation as homeowners.

I finally found these guys on here, and they came to take a look. They got on the roof, and found the issue, almost immediately. They explained to me that over time, nails that are in the roof, tend to start popping out, and that lets water through. They hammered all the nails back down, and also caulked around the second floor bathroom window, just in case it was coming from there. Needless to say, not a drop to be seen, and the work was done about a year ago. Also the cost was a fraction, of what I thought it might be. I highly recommend them. Good work at an honest price. (And I like to see and have the problem explained to me, and they did that.) The only reason I gave them 4 stars, is that I asked for a quote, on some additional services, and they were a bit delayed on getting back to me...

In September, I hired them to tack shingles down on my roof. There was poor communication about when the work would be done. When the agreed upon day came, they did not show up. I called and emailed to confirm and Claudio said that the guys would be there at 9. It was already 10:30am at that point. I had to go to work and clearly requested via email that they not complete any work unless I was at home- I did not receive a response to this email and called to follow up. After hours of no communication, I was told that they would come another day. I was already frustrated at this point, but needed the work done. Finally, the day came and when Claudio showed up, he was by himself. I asked if he was going to complete the work by himself because the roof is pretty large. He told me that the guys had already come to do it on the first day (where I had to contact them and was told they'd be there at 9am). He was there for my payment. He insisted they came that day, but it isn't true. I was there myself and I think I would've known if someone was on my roof. Furthermore, even when I left to go to work, I have cameras on every side of the house. I was watching the surveillance and no one showed up. I paid him, because I don't believe in cheating people out of earned money, but after my insurance company came back to inspect them roof, it is clear that no work was done. Or was not done to completion (if I'm being generous). Stay away from this company. I've contacted them to have them come back and finish (or start) the work and have been met with voicemails and unanswered emails. I will be contacting the BBB, because this is unacceptable.
