Was able to quickly choose installation of house-wide gutter screens, as well as repairs to loose/broken gutter joints. Erick's crew came by the very next day to do the job. Had to replace our roof after finding a leak. Received several quotes but went with Juan as he seemed the most thorough and professional. As luck would have it there was a lot of damage under the shingles. Juan immediately met with us and showed us the issues. Although it would be more to repair than expected, he gave us different options to help make it affordable. The team worked quickly, efficiently and cleaned up everything. The finishing touches such as perfect alignment of new gutters and drains made the difference between an okay job and a top notch job that will last for 20+ years. He did two very labor intensive jobs (replacement of soffit and dining room floor) in ONE day! The price was very affordable and the value of the job is incomparable. Erick & his team were absolutely wonderful. We had a number of projects that we've been trying to get someone out to take care of. Erick responded immediately to my request, came out next day to review the projects & sent an estimate within 24 hours. The team was ready to start within less than a week (had to wait on some supplies) & hit the ground running. We had siding replaced, chimneys fixed, a flat roof/balcony fixed, window removed, cement stairs replaced, & they handled it all amazingly. There were a few things that we knew might have to change once they opened up the flat roof & looked at the damaged stairs, but Erick discussed each change with me & made sure I was comfortable with the adjustments. The team is incredibly nice & respectful of your home, space, & time. They protect areas before working to minimize damage/dirt & clean up every day after themselves. They went above & beyond to fix our projects. So much that they made everything look SO good, we noticed some other things we wanted fixed so they could match the level of work they had completed & have requested that they do another set of projects for us. Strange consultation. Not really sure how to rate this. Highlights: Erick told me he'd knock off $100 if I wrote a review and paid in cash... that alone makes me wonder about the quality of work because are the reviews I'm seeing just fake/forced? Idk. Aside from that, we were trying to ask him questions and to elaborate on his recommendation to replace the whole left side of the roof vs just a repair of the area, and he was pretty short with us. At one point, when asking about what goes into his quoted price he told us to literally "no more talking" and that was his final price. Uhhh lol? We weren't even nagging or being aggressive about the price, we just wanted an itemized explanation of the services we'd be getting. Needless to say, we didn't end up going with him. Price for roof section to be replaced was fair and in line with the other quotes I received, but again I'm not sure about the quality long term that I would have gotten. read more

I had a very good experience with Erick Home Improvements. I had a small leak in my roof, and the crew came out the very next day to inspect and cover it, even though I was at work and not home. Initially my plan was just to patch up the damaged area. However, my roof was also basically at end of life, so I asked for an estimate for the entire roof. Eddie never pressured me in that direction. However, he provided me with a very reasonable estimate for a new roof, gutter and gutter covers. They started the work right away, and completed the job quickly in 3 days. The work looks great and appears to be high quality. The crew cleaned up every day after their work and left the yard spotless. I plan to use them again in the future for any home improvements I might need. Highly recommend. read more

Erick was great and very informative, i asked them to come out and give me a quote on a new roof and gutters. His price was the best compared to the others i received quotes from. He worked with me on pricing, and went above and beyond with little extra work here and there. Even recommended some extra overhang to help with roof ventilation. He helped install a roof vent as well and changed out my skylight. His team was quick and efficient. He even explained to to me since i was replacing my siding at a later point that I shouldn't do my soffits because he would need to rip them out and replace them again anyways. 10/10 I would recommend. read more

They removed my old slate roof to install the new asphalt shingles. The new roof they installed are very nice and flawless. Moreover, they installed the new aluminum gutters! These people are amazing, they also replaced my old insulation with new glass fibers! They also cut the small trees in my yard and added more supporting wood materials in my garage.
