We used Erick for roof repairs. I set up an appointment through Yelp with Juan Q. and then he never showed up or reached out to me to say he wasn't coming. I messaged him again on Yelp and no answer. read more

I called Erick and asked he stop by and estimate a gutter repair project. Erick was prompt, clearly explained my options and related prices. Was able to quickly choose installation of house-wide gutter screens, as well as repairs to loose/broken gutter joints. Erick's crew came by the very next day to do the job. They were prompt, the time estimate was accurate, they were considerate and neat, cleaning up afterwards. The price seemed fair, based on the man hours and material cost to EHI. Erick said if any subsequent issues arise, he will return to address immediately. I would highly recommend EHI for any gutter work you may need. read more

Great work. Neat, clean and all in all professional. I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for.

Erick comes and do the work on the same day. The price quote is very reasonable. Highly recommended!

If you want someone who is extremely reliable, extremely respondent, and professional, Eddie is your guy. He did two very labor intensive jobs (replacement of soffit and dining room floor) in ONE day! The price was very affordable and the value of the job is incomparable. I would highly recommend This company as a contractor. We plan on using them for other minor home improvement projects around the house. Excuse the photos. We immediately took the photos after the job was done and the floor needed to be swept. However, you can see how great of a job they did! read more

Good and quick service - competitively priced - did the job as described no questions

Had to replace our roof after finding a leak. Received several quotes but went with Juan as he seemed the most thorough and professional. As luck would have it there was a lot of damage under the shingles. Juan immediately met with us and showed us the issues. Although it would be more to repair than expected, he gave us different options to help make it affordable. The team worked quickly, efficiently and cleaned up everything. The finishing touches such as perfect alignment of new gutters and drains made the difference between an okay job and a top notch job that will last for 20+ years. I would recommend this company to anyone. read more

Erick & his team were absolutely wonderful. We had a number of projects that we've been trying to get someone out to take care of. Erick responded immediately to my request, came out next day to review the projects & sent an estimate within 24 hours. The team was ready to start within less than a week (had to wait on some supplies) & hit the ground running. We had siding replaced, chimneys fixed, a flat roof/balcony fixed, window removed, cement stairs replaced, & they handled it all amazingly. There were a few things that we knew might have to change once they opened up the flat roof & looked at the damaged stairs, but Erick discussed each change with me & made sure I was comfortable with the adjustments. The team is incredibly nice & respectful of your home, space, & time. They protect areas before working to minimize damage/dirt & clean up every day after themselves. They went above & beyond to fix our projects. So much that they made everything look SO good, we noticed some other things we wanted fixed so they could match the level of work they had completed & have requested that they do another set of projects for us. It's easy to say that we would recommend them again, since we have actually recommended them AGAIN for ourselves. read more

Absolutely one of the best companies I have ever encountered! Reasonably price..polite..clean up superb ..and he left with my job looking beautiful! I highly recommend..you won't be sorry read more

Came same day after our roof was leaking, gave us a fair quote to repair and did the work the next day. Another company gave us the option to replace the whole roof and Erick said no, that would be a waste of money. Super happy with the results and glad I went with them. read more

They were responsive, prompt and reasonably priced. They took care of some roofing repairs quickly and did a good job. I would use them again and recommend them to others. read more

Some vinyl panels needed to be replaced and he came in a timely manner and did an excellent job.

Erick was super accommodating and came out the same day to provide a quote for the requested services. His price was reasonable and his work neat and efficient. He also made scheduling super easy. Great experience. read more

No one ever reached out to me from this company- I was told to send my home address to a specific cell number after initial communication through Yelp to discuss a roof renovation, and as soon as I did... radio silence. A little unsafe to be sending an address to a mystery number, but I would overlook that if the mystery number actually responded . I ultimately got a quote elsewhere. read more

Extremely professional and very deligent with their work. They did a amazing job with our shower replacement which also needed tile work. They were flexible, willing to listen to our ideas and make knowledgable suggestions. Will definetly recommend them ! read more

I needed some spots re-shingled on my roof and they completed the job in under an hour. Everything looks good as new, quality job. Responsive and on-time. read more

Strange consultation. Not really sure how to rate this. Highlights: Erick told me he'd knock off $100 if I wrote a review and paid in cash... that alone makes me wonder about the quality of work because are the reviews I'm seeing just fake/forced? Idk. Aside from that, we were trying to ask him questions and to elaborate on his recommendation to replace the whole left side of the roof vs just a repair of the area, and he was pretty short with us. At one point, when asking about what goes into his quoted price he told us to literally "no more talking" and that was his final price. Uhhh lol? We weren't even nagging or being aggressive about the price, we just wanted an itemized explanation of the services we'd be getting. Needless to say, we didn't end up going with him. Price for roof section to be replaced was fair and in line with the other quotes I received, but again I'm not sure about the quality long term that I would have gotten. read more

Made several promises to come and provide a quote but never showed up. I don't understand how Erick runs their business but disappointing.

We are so pleased with the service that was provided. We plan on using this company again and will definitely be recommending them.

I had a very good experience with Erick Home Improvements. I had a small leak in my roof, and the crew came out the very next day to inspect and cover it, even though I was at work and not home. Initially my plan was just to patch up the damaged area. However, my roof was also basically at end of life, so I asked for an estimate for the entire roof. Eddie never pressured me in that direction. However, he provided me with a very reasonable estimate for a new roof, gutter and gutter covers. They started the work right away, and completed the job quickly in 3 days. The work looks great and appears to be high quality. The crew cleaned up every day after their work and left the yard spotless. I plan to use them again in the future for any home improvements I might need. Highly recommend. read more

I took a chance by hiring Erick Home Improvements without knowing anything about them. I saw good reviews on Yelp and decided to go for it. I hired them to repair/restore/update my detached garage. It was in bad structural shape, leaning to significantly to one side, and the roof badly needed to be replaced. They finished the work super fast, and the cost was affordable. I am glad that I hired them. Super fast response - super fast work. They got it done! read more

Erick was great and very informative, i asked them to come out and give me a quote on a new roof and gutters. His price was the best compared to the others i received quotes from. He worked with me on pricing, and went above and beyond with little extra work here and there. Even recommended some extra overhang to help with roof ventilation. He helped install a roof vent as well and changed out my skylight. His team was quick and efficient. He even explained to to me since i was replacing my siding at a later point that I shouldn't do my soffits because he would need to rip them out and replace them again anyways. 10/10 I would recommend. read more

Definitely all 5 stars! I am really glad to have Erick Home Improvement Corp to work on my house in Metuchen, NJ. Erick and his co-workers are very diligent and professional. They removed my old slate roof to install the new asphalt shingles. The new roof they installed are very nice and flawless. Moreover, they installed the new aluminum gutters! These people are amazing, they also replaced my old insulation with new glass fibers! They also cut the small trees in my yard and added more supporting wood materials in my garage. After all their hard work, my house looks really nice and brand new! I really appreciate their work and professionalism, and definitely would recommend them to my friends who needs home improvement! read more

We put a request on Yelp for dry wall repair and Juan responded within minutes. He came the same evening to assess work and started next morning itself.
