With the Thanksgiving holiday and rain coming he had over a dozen workers on the roof and knocked the job out. The most important point is Donald the owner. He is a roofer and not a salesman. My home is old and had 45 year old skylights that were an odd size. The replacement required a skilled contractor and Donald the owner was on the roof directing the replacement. PERFECT. During the project a few issues that were not anticipated cropped up. They were ALL corrected and no change in price. It does not get any better then the work they did on my home.

We had 3 roofs to be replaced, the main house, the standalone garage, and a flat roof, part of an extension to the house. The job was projected to take 2 days, but they finished in 1, promptly starting at 7:30 am and not leaving until 7 that night. Crews kept moving in and out all day to do different parts of the job. Mark was great to deal with and worked with us. The crew was hardworking - worked quickly but carefully, made the necessary repairs and made sure to clean up all the debris. The roof looks great! He was patient as I received quotes from others, but Gines provided the best value compared to the rest. He was even able to expedite our start date due to the leaks getting worse each time it rained. The workers were courteous and professional and cleaned up the debris well. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Gines provided pictures of all the work and maintained communication throughout the process. I'll be keeping him in mind for future projects. They were all knowledgable, but Dylan was great at explaining stuff, which I needed, being a city boy and not knowing a whole lot about construction/contracting. And the office folks were great. I was having "insurance issues," and they were great in helping me get through it. The work was done in timely fashion, the crew was professional and easy to work with, and cleanup afterwards was thorough. I've had the worst luck with contractors, but Alte was cool. All in all, a good experience.
