This year we decided to try out their Power-Washing- and again were very happy. The guys were here for a good 3 hours and worked the whole time. They cleaned the house, garage, and deck- as well as our front steps (cannot believe the difference- wish I had a before and after photo). Had the gutters cleaned at the same time - and since we had it done early (during March) they even did that for free. Needless to say--will be using them again.

I hired him to do interior cosmetic work for my new home and the estimated completion date was scheduled for January 31st, however, he failed to complete the job at that time. There was a 28 day delay. On today, I asked him to leave my home and not return. If only I could share images of the blinds that were installed in my home that were damaged and then thrown outside in my backyard by him/his team, he made several attempts to finish my floors but could not perform, there are nails exposed sticking outward from the hardwood floors he installed, and he had a dog in my home while he was on the job and never asked for my permission. I didn't think that I should pay full price because of the quality of work and inconvenience due to the long delay however he feels he deserves full payment and he's choosing not to compensate us for anything. I will pay what is owed to him but I will make it known that I am not a happy customer. Never again!

In September, I hired them to tack shingles down on my roof. There was poor communication about when the work would be done. When the agreed upon day came, they did not show up. I called and emailed to confirm and Claudio said that the guys would be there at 9. It was already 10:30am at that point. I had to go to work and clearly requested via email that they not complete any work unless I was at home- I did not receive a response to this email and called to follow up. After hours of no communication, I was told that they would come another day. I was already frustrated at this point, but needed the work done. Finally, the day came and when Claudio showed up, he was by himself. I asked if he was going to complete the work by himself because the roof is pretty large. He told me that the guys had already come to do it on the first day (where I had to contact them and was told they'd be there at 9am). He was there for my payment. He insisted they came that day, but it isn't true. I was there myself and I think I would've known if someone was on my roof. Furthermore, even when I left to go to work, I have cameras on every side of the house. I was watching the surveillance and no one showed up. I paid him, because I don't believe in cheating people out of earned money, but after my insurance company came back to inspect them roof, it is clear that no work was done. Or was not done to completion (if I'm being generous). Stay away from this company. I've contacted them to have them come back and finish (or start) the work and have been met with voicemails and unanswered emails. I will be contacting the BBB, because this is unacceptable.
