Dominic/Showplace had been referred to us by a friend, who had previously used him for a smaller project a couple of years earlier and had a good experience. We are very thankful. We lived out of state at the time and needed someone we could trust who would oversee the project. We also were going to be out of the country for 2.5 weeks of the 8 week timeframe, which made trust an even bigger issue. Showplace didn't disappoint. Dominic arranged to meet us at our house at convenient times (in the evenings or weekends) so that we could make sketches and plans. He also gave us a list of vendors to meet with so we could pick our materials, each of whom were fantastic. All projects were completed on time and on budget without any surprises. We later used Showplace several months later to replace our pool shed. His team poured a new foundation and put together the shed that we had ordered from Home Depot. It is a huge improvement from the one that was on the property when we bought the house. Each of the contractors and vendors that Showplace uses is professional.
