Mike, Joe, Charlie, and their whole crew renovated both bathrooms and converted our sunroom into a space we now can't imagine living without. From the very first estimate to the final walk-through, communication was outstanding. Any question we had (no matter how small), Mike, Joe, or Charlie answered immediately and patiently--always with a smile and total reassurance. They take immense pride in their work, caught details we never would have considered, and offered suggestions that took everything to the next level. They started right on time and finished in under 6 weeks (would've been even quicker if our windows and vanities hadn't been delayed by the suppliers). The craftsmanship is flawless--every time I walk by the sunroom or step into one of the bathrooms I'm still in awe. It's honestly a work of art. By the end we were genuinely sad to see them leave. They'd become part of our daily routine, and saying goodbye felt like saying goodbye to family. We miss having them around! If you want contractors who treat your home and your family like their own, hire ProBros LLC without hesitation. Mike, Joe, Charlie--you guys are the best. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Romeo is a pleasure to work with--professional, approachable, and knowledgeable. He came recommended by my parents, after completing their bathroom remodel, and we're so glad we chose him. During the consultation, Romeo suggested smart updates to our 40-year-old bathroom. One of the best ideas was relocating the radiator into the wall, which freed up a significant amount of space. His entire crew are experts in their craft, ready to provide advice when asked. They worked diligently each day--even through the summer heat wave. They often stayed late to keep the project on schedule. Romeo was very knowledgeable about our town's construction standards and was present throughout the inspection process to made sure everything went smoothly. Once the project was complete, he personally spent an entire day polishing and perfecting the bathroom so it was ready for us. It's clear Romeo and his team take great pride in his work, and it shows in every detail. He mentioned that he also handles projects beyond bathrooms, and based on our experience, I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again or recommend him to others.

They've remodeled my bathroom, refinished floors, built a custom shelf from scratch, knocked down walls to open up my living room, and covered up windows to mount 86" tv and media unit! We are grateful to have found a reliable and trusted contractor in the area. I highly recommend him. Thank you, Romeo!

I am long overdue in writing this review and feel absolutely terrible about it. My husband and I…read morepurchased our home two years ago this month and wanted to do extensive repairs prior to moving into it, which included the following projects: complete kitchen overhaul, removing a jacuzzi tub that was in disrepair and installing a new stall shower in the master bath, installing a new powder room on the main level, refacing the fireplace in the living room, building an entryway to the backyard from the kitchen, including stairs, and building an overhang in the backyard so we could grill all year. Timeline for all of the projects: about 8-9 weeks with painting of every room in the house. Dominic/Showplace had been referred to us by a friend, who had previously used him for a smaller project a couple of years earlier and had a good experience. We are very thankful. We lived out of state at the time and needed someone we could trust who would oversee the project. We also were going to be out of the country for 2.5 weeks of the 8 week timeframe, which made trust an even bigger issue. Showplace didn't disappoint. Dominic arranged to meet us at our house at convenient times (in the evenings or weekends) so that we could make sketches and plans. He also gave us a list of vendors to meet with so we could pick our materials, each of whom were fantastic. All projects were completed on time and on budget without any surprises. We later used Showplace several months later to replace our pool shed. His team poured a new foundation and put together the shed that we had ordered from Home Depot. It is a huge improvement from the one that was on the property when we bought the house. Each of the contractors and vendors that Showplace uses is professional. Dominic responds to any questions and concerns in a timely fashion - day, nights, and weekends. We love the way each of the projects came out and have Showplace to thank for it.

Your quote was $10,000 over my next highest quote, and I got four quotes. I've done four bathrooms and know the process. With materials, your total would have been over $32,000. Again, for a 5x8 basic bathroom, keeping the fixtures in the same place, the cost was exorbitant.
