I'll give you one big example - he hid enormous (enormous!) holes in the kitchen wall behind the cabinets and large appliances that he installed. Romeo is a pleasure to work with--professional, approachable, and knowledgeable. He came recommended by my parents, after completing their bathroom remodel, and we're so glad we chose him. During the consultation, Romeo suggested smart updates to our 40-year-old bathroom. One of the best ideas was relocating the radiator into the wall, which freed up a significant amount of space. His entire crew are experts in their craft, ready to provide advice when asked. They worked diligently each day--even through the summer heat wave. They often stayed late to keep the project on schedule. Romeo was very knowledgeable about our town's construction standards and was present throughout the inspection process to made sure everything went smoothly. Once the project was complete, he personally spent an entire day polishing and perfecting the bathroom so it was ready for us. It's clear Romeo and his team take great pride in his work, and it shows in every detail. He mentioned that he also handles projects beyond bathrooms, and based on our experience, I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again or recommend him to others.

They've remodeled my bathroom, refinished floors, built a custom shelf from scratch, knocked down walls to open up my living room, and covered up windows to mount 86" tv and media unit! We are grateful to have found a reliable and trusted contractor in the area. I highly recommend him. Thank you, Romeo!

Let me start by saying that I second a lot of what people are saying about Carlos: in that, he…read morecomes off as a nice guy, he has a nice crew, and he has a drone that he flies over your house when searching for an issue on your roof. Where I disagree with the other reviews concerns Carlos' ability to deliver results. Because in my case, he simply did not deliver results. To be clear, I paid Carlos $1,600 to FIND and REPAIR the source of a leak above my upstairs bathroom. He came out, flew his drone around, and told me that he found the issue. After doing some work on the roof, he then told me that he found the issue and fixed it. A couple months later, still had the leak. He subsequently sent a crew member out to find the source of the continued leak. The crew member went up to the roof, did some work, and told me that he found the issue (a different issue than Carlos first found) and fixed it. Still, the leak continued, and only became worse over time (see attached photo). For a while, Carlos talked a good game about coming back out to repair the leak after I sent him photos and videos of the fact that the leak was still not repaired. But he never showed any sense of urgency about scheduling to come back out. There was always an excuse as to why we would have to schedule for "next week" or sometime in the future instead of just making it a priority to come back out and get the job done. Then, the last time we spoke, he proposed opening up the ceiling in my bathroom to find the leak, but ghosted me after making that drastic suggestion and after I requested a partial (not even a full) refund. I then had another company from Bergenfield come out that immediately found the source of the leak and fixed it for several hundreds of dollars less than what Carlos charged me. For me at least (as I can't speak for others' experience), Carlos is a business owner who can't deliver results, and who ghosts you and keeps your money when you call him on it, even after you inform him that you will sue him (which, I will) if he doesn't provide a refund. Not my kind of guy, not my kind of business.

Mike, Joe, Charlie, and their whole crew renovated both bathrooms and converted our sunroom into a space we now can't imagine living without. From the very first estimate to the final walk-through, communication was outstanding. Any question we had (no matter how small), Mike, Joe, or Charlie answered immediately and patiently--always with a smile and total reassurance. They take immense pride in their work, caught details we never would have considered, and offered suggestions that took everything to the next level. They started right on time and finished in under 6 weeks (would've been even quicker if our windows and vanities hadn't been delayed by the suppliers). The craftsmanship is flawless--every time I walk by the sunroom or step into one of the bathrooms I'm still in awe. It's honestly a work of art. By the end we were genuinely sad to see them leave.
