Teo came by right away, inspected the roof, took pictures of the roof damage to show me, and gave me a good quote for complete work on the entire roof. Not only did Teo and his team start work right away, but he gave me updates throughout the job, showed the rotten wood, and pics of the work being done which is very reassuring. The work was fast and efficient and the cleanup was great. I am extremely happy with my new roof and I highly recommend Alpha Home Roofing to anyone needing roof work!

We had 3 roofs to be replaced, the main house, the standalone garage, and a flat roof, part of an extension to the house. The job was projected to take 2 days, but they finished in 1, promptly starting at 7:30 am and not leaving until 7 that night. Crews kept moving in and out all day to do different parts of the job. Mark was great to deal with and worked with us. The crew was hardworking - worked quickly but carefully, made the necessary repairs and made sure to clean up all the debris. The roof looks great! Very pleased. We highly recommend! Mark and Rhoda L.

The whole process was great start to finish and the roof looks great! They had it done in 1 day. The whole crew was very professional and friendly and accommodating as I ran in and out of the house; they did a great job for clean-up and there were no surprise charges. In fact, after we paid and the transaction was done, they noticed a small item that was billed twice (about $50), called me, told me and said they were sending me a check. That kind of integrity is SO rare.

Sorry for the late post. This work was done in 2024…read more Had a leak coming into the basement around the chimney area. Called Reese & Sons because of their high rating and positive reviews. Lucas answered while on an existing job. He was very honest saying he can't drop by to make an assessment. Knowing the importance of the situation, he said he'll have his father drop by to take a look. The father (was it Joe?) came by as promised and saw that the previous roofer didn't put flashing around a portion of the chimney. He gave a couple of possible fixes and I picked the more expensive one. He gave me a break on price if i went with the more expensive fix which i appreciated. Before showing up for the work due to budgeting issues i changed to the lower price solution. He didn't have any problems with this change. He and his other son (not Lucas) came on the day as promised. The funny thing was I didn't know they were there until i heard banging outside! They ripped some of the old roof tiles, installed new flashing and overlay them with some leftover tiles I had laying around. They also caulked around other parts of the chimney. They cleaned up their mess. There were aome storms afterwards and no leak! Thx to Lucas for knowing the importance of the problem and having your father and brother fit me into their schedule. And thx to father and son (was it Joe and Ezekiel?!) for fixing the leak! I would definitely consider them to put in a new roof when the time comes!

Just three days to re-roof a large one-story house, including replacing all the garage underlayment because of storm damage, shore up a weak rafter, seal the chimney, install a new attic vent fan, fit three new skylights, replace the gutter guards, and before leaving, sweep the work area with magnetic rakes to make sure no nails were left in the grass. He put a crew of 7 on the job. Several of the crew are carpenters / finish carpenters so work doesn't stop while a sub gets called in for trim work or to put in the skylights. It started leaking again recently and called them and they came for estimate. Guy came To fix it and said he couldn't it needed more work than he was prepared to do. He never came back like he said. Numerous calls to the office promise us 3 times the owner would call us and nothing. Had someone else come out to dine out the roof was not installed properly which now has shortened the life of the roof and the leak is being caused because the wrong size nails were used since this was put over our old roof and the nails are coming loose and the water is leaking through the holes. I'm guessing that is why they ghosted us.
