I was told on Monday that someone would call me 30 minutes before my 9AM appointment on Wednesday. Fast forward to Wednesday at 9:40AM - No one ever showed and when I called I wasn't given any sort of explanation or apology by the receptionist. Just a simple "can we schedule for another time". When I further probed, is when she finally offered some version of an apology and told me she didn't see me on schedule. Why would I want to purchase a high ticket service from a company who can't follow through on simple appointments or offer any sort of decent customer service? Highly disappointed especially given the good reviews and the fact that I stayed home from work for this!!!!

A+ all around. On time, on budget, clean job, thorough communication and excellent work…read more We used Elver and team for two pretty significant projects. One was a deck refinish. The deck is very large and has mahagony decking which requires a special coating due to super tight grains. Elver was incredibly accommodating and agreed to whatever was needed to do the job right. From prep to repairing some rotted railing to detailed finish, the job was done perfectly. Our second project was raising and reinforcing the deck due to a very heavy stone finished built-in grill that was installed incorrectly by another contractor. Not a fun job fixing someone elses poor workmanship OR working in a tight space under a finished deck but his team did an incredible job and deck is perfect now. I highly recommend Elver and Team.

Everything looks much more spacious and cozy now! even my kids dont want to leave the basement now! I highly recommend Elver for any home remodeling work!

I was looking for a certified epoxy contractor that can turn my nasty garage floor to a more…read morepresentable space and boy am I glad I found Lifta Epoxy Flooring. Abe from Lifta came out and gave an honest assessment of my garage floor fix and proposed many options and color schemes to fit my requirements. He promptly gave me a quote the next day scheduled start date on the same week. The Lifta Epoxy Flooring team arrived on time and with proper face coverings and started work on the floor. They properly prepare the floor which requires a complete sanding of the surface and repairing cracks before you can start applying layers. While his team worked he displayed real examples of all the endless textures and colors that can be applied. I took the silver base with gray swirls and metallic sparkles. The job took a total of three days (part-time) as each layer of coating (Adhesion, base, swirl, clear coat layer) needs ample time to dry and cure. In the end, the epoxy flooring looks amazing and I'm so happy with this work knowing it's also going to be a great investment into the value of my property.
