Mike, Joe, Charlie, and their whole crew renovated both bathrooms and converted our sunroom into a space we now can't imagine living without. From the very first estimate to the final walk-through, communication was outstanding. Any question we had (no matter how small), Mike, Joe, or Charlie answered immediately and patiently--always with a smile and total reassurance. They take immense pride in their work, caught details we never would have considered, and offered suggestions that took everything to the next level. They started right on time and finished in under 6 weeks (would've been even quicker if our windows and vanities hadn't been delayed by the suppliers). The craftsmanship is flawless--every time I walk by the sunroom or step into one of the bathrooms I'm still in awe. It's honestly a work of art. By the end we were genuinely sad to see them leave. They'd become part of our daily routine, and saying goodbye felt like saying goodbye to family. We miss having them around! If you want contractors who treat your home and your family like their own, hire ProBros LLC without hesitation. Mike, Joe, Charlie--you guys are the best. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Your quote was $10,000 over my next highest quote, and I got four quotes. I've done four bathrooms and know the process. With materials, your total would have been over $32,000. Again, for a 5x8 basic bathroom, keeping the fixtures in the same place, the cost was exorbitant.

I was overwhelmed and hesitant about finding another roofer to fix our roof. There had been a leak…read morethat was slowly getting worse, a leak that was not fixed properly by the last roofing company a few years ago. Who could I trust?? Did we really need a new roof ?? Can anyone fix this leak?? I had several estimates, had 4 different companies come and tell me what would fix that leak. The range of remedies was vast and varied in costs. CHARLIE with ON THE SPOT was the first to come take a look. Right away I was impressed with his knowledge, he was very kind, respectful and professional. He came when he said he would, took pictures, & explained everything so that I could understand. He found the problem that the other guys didn't even mention & it made perfect sense. He is honest and that is a gift beyond measure in todays world. My Mother and I felt totally safe with him and he even encouraged us to follow thru with the other estimates I had scheduled. In the end, we hired ON THE SPOT and are so so so glad that we did. They were on time, worked quickly, were very clean and cleaned up any shred of debris from the job. They were mindful of our dogs, keeping the gates closed even when our dogs were inside. AND THE LEAK IS FIXED!!! We just had a massive drenching a few days ago AND IT DID NOT RAIN IN THE KITCHEN!! NO LEAKS!! THANK YOU CHARLIE WITH ON THE SPOT! We will be telling our friends and family and will definitely hire them again as they do home improvements as well. Knowing that you have someone that you can trust in all aspects is priceless...so glad we found ON THE SPOT

I would not recommend On The Spot under any circumstances. Immediately after signing the contract,…read morethe red flags started popping up and did not stop until I was abandoned in an endless field of them. It felt like my project was managed like a game of hot potato, with no one person taking responsibility from beginning to end, but instead, by lots of people who seemingly never collaborated and also managed lots of other projects as well as evolving roles within the company. The subcontractors that they used to do my project varied wildly in terms of the quality of their work and experience. Working with On the Spot is not an experience I'll ever reflect upon with any fondness. Everyone has that friend/neighbor/realtor's nephew who had an awful experience with a contractor. Well in this case, I am that friend/neighbor/realtor's nephew and On the Spot is that contractor. Look elsewhere.
