Ace Window Repair were very professional and efficient, from quote to job completion, all in a timely manner. The quoted price through text was good and they didn't try to increase the price upon arrival, though it was probably a little more work than they anticipated. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if ever needed. read more

I had six windows you could barely see out. I called ACE and they showed up 15 minutes later. After telling me exactly what I needed to do (replace them all) they quoted me a fair price. I agreed and they showed up today, exactly when they said they would. Everything was smooth and professional. The new windows are great. I don't think it would be possible to get better service. read more

High recommended, reasonable fee and super responsive and accommodating with scheduling. Most importantly repaired the window in one visit.

Taulant and Erion were very helpful and professional. They arrived on time, provided a transparent estimate and went above and beyond to install a customized screen door that ended up being more expensive for them without increasing the cost of us. I would certainly recommend read more

These were the kindest, most honest people I've worked with in renovating my apartment. They patiently described every detail about the window replacement process, the specifics of the technology in their windows, and encouraged me to take my time and do my own research. They did a professional job and added additional work with the molding for no additional cost because they took pride in the results of their work. Highly recommend. read more

I'm very impressed by the service speed, quality , professionalism and overall value. I reached out on Monday morning 8:30am for a defective casement window, which wasn't closing properly, and these guys replied within minutes, discussed the problem after looking at pictures and shared their quote. They were at my place within an hour, and took care of the window in 30 min, and lowered their rate after finding the issue to be less involved. I also showed them our balcony door which had an issue with drafts, and they were able to give a fair quote for silicone caulking. Again they lowered the quote after finding the work wasn't as involved. I really appreciated the honesty and would love to work with them again. read more

Really responsive. They were fast and honest! Will work again in the future whenever i need something done. read more

I have a double hung window that one day I came home and the top sash (ie the upper window) slid down half way and would not come up. Also it would not stay up and I was left with a constantly open window. I looked around and noticed that some of the small pieces of plastic that normally are in the groves were on the floor and since this was not something I was familiar with I didn't feel comfortable trying to fix this myself. So I decided to do a search via YELP and you enter into YELP's questionnaire the number of windows you need repaired, the type of window, and also a description and picture and YELP then sends this request off to multiple window repair companies and ACE Window repair in Brooklyn got back to me and came the next day. They took the window entirely and then replaced two shoe cams and two of the balances that are in the grove of the windows and now everything works as it should. I thought they did a great job. Ace Window Repair did the job as requested. We wanted 4 double hung windows repaired, 4 screens added, and two foggy panels of glass replaced in one of the windows. We were considering holding off doing most of the repairs, but Toulont and Erion gave us a great quote we could work with. They started the same day repairing the windows and measuring for the screens and glass panels. They returned two days later to complete installation of the screens and replace the foggy glass window panels. Toulont instructed us on how to use the new screens and the windows correctly. To top it off, it was at the beginning of a heat wave! We will definitely be hiring them again because we have more windows to be repaired. read more
