I had a install for my daughters room scheduled between 9-12. I had work at 3 that day. When 12:30 rolled around and no one showed up or called, i gave them a call. They told me the guy was running late and would be there shortly, 1:30 rolled around. Not even a call or anything mind you. 2:30 rolled around. I called again and said this was ridiculous and now they were 2.5 hours late. (Meanwhile I've been waiting since 9am). They said he would be there shortly. I had to call out of work! He finally showed up around 3:30. 3.5 hours late. And not even an apology. The carpet is not even attached all the way in the corner of the closet. It's not even worth trying to have them come back. My mom used them too for her stairs in her house. They said install would be between 1-4. 4:30-no call. I called, they said running late. Same story. Hours go by and not one person follows up to tell me what's going on. They showed up at 6pm. 2.5 hours late again. I would never use this company again because of how unprofessional they are when workers are running late. I lost a day of work and was not compensated by carpet your world in any way. I couldn't even get a phone call letting me know they were running late. Do not use this company unless you have an entire day to wait around for them.

I got my deposit back as promised and then later decided to buy what I had looked at originally, so put down another deposit. I really appreciated that level of customer service. A very nice experienced professional measured the house for carpeting, coming at time of appointment. The installers did a good job with installation. My only complaint would be that the four bedroom doors wouldn't close afterwards and I had to have them trimmed down. I understand that is quite routine, but I didn't find that out from the carpet company themselves, but from someone visiting the house.

The whole staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. Vivian helped me pick the right rug for our house. She gave great advice and I'm happy I listened to her. The owner Adam did a very outstanding job and made my stairs look very elegant and beautiful. Most important he made my stairs safe and now it's not slippery like before and the rugs didn't take away the beauty of the stairs. Adam also made me a front door mat which matched beautifully with the stair runner rug. Best quality rugs and professionally installed the right way. Every that comes over is very impressed by the rugs and it looks beautiful. Thank you custom stair runners.

Its thick with 5mm of cushioning that makes it feel very comfortable to walk on, even with bare feet. The precision work of Marina's installer was amazing. Somehow he cut the end of this huge role, to accommodate a 5 leg 10 foot bench that is built into the wall with cabinetry. It has 5 narrow legs from front to back that are 1"x by 16" wide built on top of old flooring, I was sure I would need six pieces of molding. Instead, when they put down the flooring they cut it so close to perfect, the molding is unnecessary. The handiwork of their installer is just amazing. Huntington, NY Dan
