Amazing work and very professional - 7 years later and i can just die happy sprawled out on my gorgeous hardwood floors. This group of guys laid absolutely beautiful 'top quality' hardwood floors. They did an amazing job - we chose a two tone very good quality hickory floors. 7 years later they look brand new. I was in their shopping center today, and remembered I been meaning to do a review. So 6/7 years later... I just now took a few pics. I flipped area rug to show floor well. Honestly this high traffic area has alway been exposed. I only recently am trying out large area rug (pets love it and high traffic area). Thing is - floors are holding up BETTER THAN ME. GROUP of guys started and in like 2 days, 20 year old carpet up and out, and gorgeous floors installed. 2/3 days - I was like in shock. They were so accommodating with helping me coordinate with my dogs and all details that come with this huge job, such as furniture and dogs... Love floors - they absolutely exceeded my expectations. It was time to update our kitchen laminate floor and we checked a number of chain stores and thought we had made our choice. In the Summer of 2020 I experienced a water leak in my home. I called REALITY CARPET in Rocky Point. JORDAN GEWITZ came to my home a very short amount of time, to access the situation. He provided me me with an independent Insurance adjuster, and a crew was at my house within 2 hours! The adjuster advocated for me from beginning to end making the appropriate calls to the Insurance company to assure that I was being fairly served. Hat's off to Tony Hall. We were in the shop late on Sunday where we thought we would be wrapping up our flooring decisions. Thanks to Tony's insight an willingness share some of his personal experiences we have re-evaluated our project execution order and are now starting the research on cabinets and counter-tops. This means there is no sale for the team at Reality Carpet now, but we were so taken taken with his frankness and insight into the process that we have decided where the floor will be purchased, when we get to that point. We came here to get a quote, but what we got was a lesson and some much needed direction. The value of the last two items are often overlooked until its too late. We won't be. Jordan at Reality Carpet provided excellent service in helping us choose and install carpet in our master bedroom. We visited several carpet stores in the area before deciding on Reality Carpet. His prices were lower than most competitors and the quality of installation was excellent. He was also very knowledgeable about what type of carpet would work best in our home. Ultimately, we decided on a Mohawk SmartStrand carpet which should be easy to clean and last for a long time. After a great deal of research, I would definitely recommend Reality Carpet over the big box stores such as Lowe's, Home Depot and COSTCO. read more

Cannot say enough good things about Reality Carpet. I've used them numerous times for carpeting in my house and have always been pleased with the results. This past week they installed a vinyl planking floor in my basement. Tony was beyond helpful in the decision making process when it came to what product would work best for us.
