I was in their shopping center today, and remembered I been meaning to do a review. So 6/7 years later... I just now took a few pics. I flipped area rug to show floor well. Honestly this high traffic area has alway been exposed. I only recently am trying out large area rug (pets love it and high traffic area). Thing is - floors are holding up BETTER THAN ME. GROUP of guys started and in like 2 days, 20 year old carpet up and out, and gorgeous floors installed. 2/3 days - I was like in shock. They were so accommodating with helping me coordinate with my dogs and all details that come with this huge job, such as furniture and dogs... Love floors - they absolutely exceeded my expectations. They told me the guy was running late and would be there shortly, 1:30 rolled around. Not even a call or anything mind you. 2:30 rolled around. I called again and said this was ridiculous and now they were 2.5 hours late. (Meanwhile I've been waiting since 9am). They said he would be there shortly. I had to call out of work! He finally showed up around 3:30. 3.5 hours late. And not even an apology. The carpet is not even attached all the way in the corner of the closet. It's not even worth trying to have them come back. My mom used them too for her stairs in her house. They said install would be between 1-4. 4:30-no call. I called, they said running late. Same story. Hours go by and not one person follows up to tell me what's going on. They showed up at 6pm. 2.5 hours late again. I would never use this company again because of how unprofessional they are when workers are running late. I lost a day of work and was not compensated by carpet your world in any way. I couldn't even get a phone call letting me know they were running late. Do not use this company unless you have an entire day to wait around for them.

A very nice experienced professional measured the house for carpeting, coming at time of appointment. The installers did a good job with installation. My only complaint would be that the four bedroom doors wouldn't close afterwards and I had to have them trimmed down. I understand that is quite routine, but I didn't find that out from the carpet company themselves, but from someone visiting the house.

I think the guy working might have just been doing the owner a favor because he didn't really have a clue and wasn't a salesman by any means. There are better options, if you are shopping for carpet. We were n the market for new flooring. Starting with replacing our living room carpet…read more We shopped around to a few local flooring stores but weren't pleased with the selections, prices and most important, the sales people. When we walked into this store we met Joe who was very accommodating. He showed us some options but we noticed a remnant that was large enough to fit our living room. My wife fell in love with it and the deal was done. Mark came to measure and set the installation. Next we asked about hardwood flooring for upstairs. Time for a complete redo of the house. Mark took measurements and we began searching for more flooring. Again they were very easy to work with. No pressure at all, and several options to lower the cost. Well this morning was the install for the carpet. Two very nice and respectful young men show up and worked like a well oiled machine. Two hours later the furniture was moved, old carpet was out, and the new carpet was installed, and they replaced all the furniture. Next the looked at the pending job of the upstairs flooring. Again some good suggestions and what we thought would be a nightmare of a job, they assured us it would be another smooth install. Its thick with 5mm of cushioning that makes it feel very comfortable to walk on, even with bare feet. The precision work of Marina's installer was amazing. Somehow he cut the end of this huge role, to accommodate a 5 leg 10 foot bench that is built into the wall with cabinetry. It has 5 narrow legs from front to back that are 1"x by 16" wide built on top of old flooring, I was sure I would need six pieces of molding.
