We were n the market for new flooring. Starting with replacing our living room carpet. We shopped around to a few local flooring stores but weren't pleased with the selections, prices and most important, the sales people. When we walked into this store we met Joe who was very accommodating. He showed us some options but we noticed a remnant that was large enough to fit our living room. My wife fell in love with it and the deal was done. Mark came to measure and set the installation. Next we asked about hardwood flooring for upstairs. Time for a complete redo of the house. Mark took measurements and we began searching for more flooring. Again they were very easy to work with. No pressure at all, and several options to lower the cost. Well this morning was the install for the carpet. Two very nice and respectful young men show up and worked like a well oiled machine. Two hours later the furniture was moved, old carpet was out, and the new carpet was installed, and they replaced all the furniture. Next the looked at the pending job of the upstairs flooring. Again some good suggestions and what we thought would be a nightmare of a job, they assured us it would be another smooth install. I highly suggest this flooring store, and I'm sure when the new floors upstairs are in I'll be writing a second excellent review. Walked in, sales person came out not wearing his mask and proceeded to help us. I made a comment to my husband in front of the salesman about keeping our distance from him because of his non-masked face. Even one of the cleaners in the store who was not wearing a mask, when she saw us walk in, she put on her mask. So since he didn't take the hint, we walked out! Went to two other carpet stores where everyone was wearing masks. read more

Im so happy with my purchase! I needed carpet for my steps because my dog keep falling down the stairs (she's an old girl) i originally was thinking of getting a runner but i have a modern home and none of the runners went well with my home. The salesman recommended making a runner for us and at first We were going that route but when i saw the quality of the carpet i decided to do the whole stairs and I'm so glad we did! And to top things off they bound the excess carpet and made runners for us! Now let me get to the service. Excellent! The salesman was friendly,helpful and very patient with me( i can be very indecisive) And the installers were friendly efficient and did a beautiful job. They even cleaned up the mess. Once we made a selection, Mark was able to come and measure that night and our carpet was delivered and installed within a week. The installers were professional, courteous, and went several steps beyond (minor repairs on the furniture they moved, repairs to badly installed carpets that they had nothing to do with). Went here this past Sunday after walking around for 10 minutes some guy came out of the back looked like he was either high or drunk could barely stand up and walk a straight line, he asked me what I was there for I said I'm looking to get all the carpet in my house redone, as I was looking at the carpet display rack he laughed and said "you can't afford that carpet unless you won the lotto" after that I walked out and went to carpet depot and your floor store the workers there were a lot nicer and much more respectful. Found a carpet I liked somewhere else and was very expensive and someone told me to check this place out and it turned out they had the carpet in stock and it was almost half the price. They measured that day and installed it 2 days later! Everyone from the salesman who helped me to the installers were great! Seriously don't waste your time or money some place else. I usually don't post reviews for anything but I figured maybe I could help someone else that's how blown away I was with this place they followed me home to measure the day I went in there because I needed it done right away because I had furniture coming then they told me between 10-10:30 2 days later for the install and they still called the night before to confirm the appointment and the installers were at my house at 10:10am like they said everything best experience I've had going into a store read more

Had an appointment for 8-8:30am. No call, no show. Sat around waiting. Kids were late to practice while waiting. Store didn't open until 10. They answer I got was you were suppose to be first, don't know what happened. Was suppose to call installers and get back to me. Didn't happen. I called again. Still no answer. I had to then take the day off of work and lose money. I asked for money off since I lost money and wasted hours of my time and the salesmen basically laughed at me and made me feel like my time wasn't valuable. Looking for carpet for some time-checked the "big box" stores hoping for a deal. What a mistake. Save time and money-head to Flooring and Carpet Warehouse for incredible selections and better prices. Mark was knowledgeable,very helpful. Measured accurately the following day. Installers Cody and Tim arrived promptly and worked with precision till job was finished. Horrible first time experience with this merchant, they have Garbage carpet which shows after installation. Too many phone calls to have installers come back to fix without satisfaction! Horrible results with a high expense! Do not go to this place! read more
