My husband reached out to Darren when this first started happening and he said he would be in touch about coming to take a look/fix the problem. That never happened. We never heard from him. I then reached out to him, which got a response saying he was in Florida but he would let us know when he was back mid-April to fix the issue. Never heard from him. I texted around 7 times and never got a response. We've had multiple family members use him so we are very unhappy with this. Would never recommend him to anyone.
