Fast forward to a year later and nearly the entire kitchen area and hallway has no finish. My husband reached out to Darren when this first started happening and he said he would be in touch about coming to take a look/fix the problem. That never happened. We never heard from him. I then reached out to him, which got a response saying he was in Florida but he would let us know when he was back mid-April to fix the issue. Never heard from him. I texted around 7 times and never got a response. We've had multiple family members use him so we are very unhappy with this. Would never recommend him to anyone. The sad part is I don't leave bad reviews, but this warrants one.
