This afternoon, Tim, the technician arrives and before installing the service pack asked if I wanted him to first check out the old one before replacing it. I said "Well, I checked it out but I'm not a technician so go ahead". He first checks out the flow sensor (a $90.00 part) and tells me it is defective and that I don't need a whole new service pack.
