Back then, Jen and Craig were a HUGE help with us, as we were novices in the pool buying world at the time. Fast forward to 2026 and once again, Jen and Craig really came through and helped us out with purchasing a new/replacement pool liner. Jen is amazing. She's super nice and friendly. She's knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor! Craig went out of his way to make sure we got the liner delivered right to our door, as it was out of stock in their showroom on the day we went in. He doesn't know how much we appreciated him doing this. I highly recommend Brothers 3 if you're purchasing a new pool or hot tub (they have some AMAZING hot tubs and hopefully I'll be able to talk my hubby into investing in one eventually!!!). We contacted Brothers III who informed they were not responsible for the defective parts, damage was caused by extreme cold over the winter. We had another pool for 29 years and never had an issue due to cold winter weather. We had no choice but to purchase the replacement parts which were discounted by 40% leaving an expense of $274.00 which we feel should have been absorbed by either the manufacturer or Brothers III. In addition, the time and labor necessary to replace the parts will be a burden. It is very disappointing to make a large purchase and find that the seller's response to defective parts is less than accommodating. I would avoid purchasing anything from Brothers III Pools.

So when the second one finally died, replacing it ASAP turned out to be more frustrating than expected. Checking out every open retailer on a Sunday afternoon turned up one spa that met my lounge, controls, access panel placements, size, delivery, and budget requirements. If not for a serious reservation (about spray foam insulation) I would have ordered it that day. Fortunately, I waited to check out two showrooms that were closed on Sundays. The first was a waste of time. The second, Hot Shots, had five potential models which made it challenging to pick one. Dino not only knows his hot tubs, his suggestions saved me the trouble and expense of upgrading the electric panel. Best of all, no games and no haggling, just honest prices. Unlike competitors, he's the opposite of 'hard sell.' (When told I'd decided on a hot tub he suggested I think about it overnight.) A month later I'm loving the new tub. The build quality is impressive, the jets amazing, and the first electric bill confirms it's even more efficient than the two previous spas (which also featured superior insulated panels instead of blow on insulation).
