TLDR: I cannot recommend them enough…read more After my first time coming to Forever Kitchen & Bath, I was hoping I'd have a reason to come back and when we were ready for a kitchen renovation, they were my first and last stop. This time I had the chance to work with Elsa and I was blown away by the level of expertise. Just some simple measurements and she was able to build out my entire kitchen without ever stepping foot into it. She knew how to layout a kitchen with her eyes closed and knew exactly the problems I had without even asking. She nailed every measurement and design and when it came time to actually measuring our my space, barely anything changed. She is that good. They worked with me and my contractor every step of the way. Very responsive and very supportive - from my sink, to the fridge, to the stove vent, she was patient, answered all my questions, provided recommendations and was never pushy about anything. The quality was fantastic, her teams are all experts, and we could not be happier. Best of all, there was no need to "shop around." She gave me the best price up front and it was one that can't be beat. She had every timing set from cabinet design, order to delivery and countertop measurements and install. They made an otherwise stressful reno feel like a breeze. I highly highly recommend Forever Kitchen & Bath - you will not be disappointed at all.

My client then showed me that the big box stores were more competitive so I called the big box stores and then figured it out that those places charge for delivery and drilling the hole for the sink and mounting g the sink, for polishing the edges, and each cut, etc so before you know it FMi was actually more competitive for the better stones !

*UPDATE* They returned for a second time and yes, the countertop was again cut incorrectly…read more So...still horrible. Horrible. We ordered a countertop with an OG edge (OG cost extra) from FMI on 12/28/2023, for our home project that started on 2/19/2024. After waiting weeks for FMI to come in and install a relatively small kitchen countertop corner area, and peninsula: one guy finally shows up, installs the wrong edged material in the peninsula, realizes the rest of the material was measured and cut incorrectly, and just leaves. We didn't find out what happened until 5:30pm that evening, when my mother got home from work and called me to ask why nothing was done right - including no OG edge, for which we paid extra. They had one job and got it completely wrong on day one. What's worse is that the construction workers did not go in that day, to give the countertop installer enough room to work (it's a small kitchen). So, an entire day of the project was completely wasted. We then wait another 2 weeks. Less than two days before they're scheduled to come back for the installation, we get a notice from FMI that they suddenly cannot make the date work and are "going to try to come in next Tuesday or Wednesday." Going to try. Next Tuesday OR Wednesday. Because of this second set-back from FMI, we have to once again push all other items further out than originally planned. At this point, FMI has single-handedly delayed a project that would have wrapped up in 3 months. Every other vendor has delivered on or before schedule. But we have spent weeks waiting for FMI to deliver on a project they assured us was well within their scope of expertise - of course, however, not before taking our money upfront. And we're still waiting.

What a difference a week and mason makes…read more We're in the process of finalizing our backyard, and it's time to select the pavers. After visiting another locale two weeks ago, we came here this past Saturday. What a difference. We were greeted, by Alex, immediately upon coming in. We explained what we were looking to do, he then came out with us and showed us the many options outside, as well as some recommendations and ideas for both the floor tile, and wall tile. His enthusiasm for what he does was also evident. Answered all of our questions, and provided additional feedback we hadn't considered. We walked away knowing more about our project than we did when we came in. Alex didn't just point us outside. Further, when my wife went back in to grab a catalog, he used her name. This is the sort of thing you want to see from a business. Unfortunately, not enough of them bother. I've been told by our contractor that their prices are competitive, but this is not the reason for this review. This is a business that "gets it". We found our mason supplier, one more thing to check off the box. If you're looking for pavers, this is your place.

I did not have any idea what to do with a small piece of quartz that I liked in my hand to show someone for help to match a tile too. There we met a lovely very professional saleswomen named Salika Stinson. She was not only patient with me she was extremely helpful and listened to exactly what my vision was and what I thought I needed to make my kitchen project come together beautifully. We were very tired and confused as to what to do because we had just moved into this home. Salika realized how much this kitchen meant to me and that I needed to feel better about what I was doing in this kitchen and how to match the decor so it goes with the rest of my new home. Not only was she pleasant and patient she knew exactly what tile to show us to go with that small piece of quartz and how to match things to it so that my kitchen would come out as beautiful as I imagined it could be. Everything she suggested was perfect and so beautiful and went together amazingly. I even called her after that day for help and she was just as helpful and kind. Thanks to Salika and her amazing talent for design, knowledge and color my kitchen has turned out so beautiful and matches the rest of my home beautifully. I would recommend Salika to anyone who really does not know where to start with their home project she really is amazing at design and Cancos needs to know she is an asset to their company. They are very lucky to have her in their Hicksville store. I did call to tell them this already. I also want to mention the very polite and helpful young lady named Eugenia who helped us at the register. So friendly and again an asset to Cancos. Our whole experience at the Hicksville store has been wonderful. We are past customers of Cancos in Commack as well. The salespeople and the quality of their tile are the best. They will go above and beyond for you. Thank you Salika and Eugenia for all your help and kindness. Thank you Cancos again for helping us with another beautifully done kitchen.
