We put in a 40' fiberglass in-ground pool late last year, needed to wait about two months for the pool to settle (very important folks), by then it was October, so we decided to do the pavers first thing in the Spring. Our contractor mentioned that waiting the season will only help the pool further settle, and in turn be better for the pavers. We were recommended to a couple places, ended up going here first because they were closer. We expected a bit more in terms of displays, I didn't see a single kitchen, which was what we were hoping to see. We were greeted by the person behind the desk, we told her we had put in a pool. She mentioned they had the paver displays outside. I mentioned that in addition to pavers we were also putting in a kitchen, so I asked if the stuff on the walls was what you would use for a kitchen, and she said yes, that it was for walls. Wasn't dismissive, but I wouldn't exactly call her attitude helpful. I don't know, you folks see my reviews, I call them how I see them. I'm not a malicious person. You're in the customer service business, and those of you that have done this sort of backyard work know that it's impossible not to break $100k - I guess they don't need our money? To be that seemingly disinterested when there is only one other couple in the store seems kinda lame. There are other places that I'll prefer to take my business to. Besides, some of the displays outside didn't even have the style listed next to it, very careless. Waste of our time. Further (and this is my biggest issue), this is the first time I've ever seen a place blatantly review itself. Apparently some employee named Camille was the cause of Oceanville receiving a bad review. Instead of responding directly to the customer, like every other business does, she responded with a brand new review on Yelp, of course giving herself five stars - generous of her. Hopefully Yelp takes care of this since it's in violation of their guidelines The fact an employee wrote a review giving themselves five stars makes me wonder about the ethics of a company. Even without reading the Yelp guidelines, something has to click telling you that you're not doing the right thing. And that's the reason for the one star. read more

Very poor customer service. The first time we went to get ideas, Karen should us some things, gave us some books and we left to think over our options. We returned a second time with a few more questions and hoping to place an order. Karen completely blew us off. She barely rushed to scribble things on a paper and when we said were ready to order she told us she would send a quote. 5 days and 2 emails later, no quote and response from karen. I dont think our order was big enough for her to care. We will bring our business somewhere else and will be sure to share this with others. read more

Very poor customer service. Went on a Saturday about 11 am and a woman named Camille was very rude and did not want to assist us in looking at stones and purchasing. She def needs a different business. Customer service not her forte. Needless to say we went elsewhere and bought. read more

Angela is the worst person to deal with.. I was dealing with Chris who is really nice but he went on vacation and I happen to inquire about my paver art design and she hung up the phone on me 3 times...
