This time I had the chance to work with Elsa and I was blown away by the level of expertise. Just some simple measurements and she was able to build out my entire kitchen without ever stepping foot into it. She knew how to layout a kitchen with her eyes closed and knew exactly the problems I had without even asking. She nailed every measurement and design and when it came time to actually measuring our my space, barely anything changed. She is that good. They worked with me and my contractor every step of the way. Very responsive and very supportive - from my sink, to the fridge, to the stove vent, she was patient, answered all my questions, provided recommendations and was never pushy about anything. The quality was fantastic, her teams are all experts, and we could not be happier. Best of all, there was no need to "shop around." She gave me the best price up front and it was one that can't be beat. She had every timing set from cabinet design, order to delivery and countertop measurements and install. We were TOTAL newbies and had no knowledge of what renovations would take or where to start with picking out supplies. He walked us around the showroom, explained differences in tile and cabinet qualities, and was very helpful with this recommendations and big no no's to watch out for.
