The existing bathroom walls were water damaged with chair rail and bead board running halfway up the sides. They walls needed to be primed, plastered and painted after the chair rail and bead board were removed, a piece added to fill the gap where the vanity did not flushly meet the wall and new bullnose tiles installed where the shower/tub met the wall. Also there was a second door from the hallway into the bathroom that I wanted removed. It was sheet rocked inside the bathroom and the hall wall side matched to the elaborate molding that ran along the bottom half. The guys had to build the molding from scratch because it is no longer manufactured..The finished hallway wall looks as though it has always been there,!!! And the bathroom itself, looks roomier, bright and fresh without the chair rail and beadboard. The guys came to work promptly every morning, cleaned up every night before they left, used drop cloths and plastic sheets to protect the rest of the house. They consulted me every step of the way as they built new molding from scratch, planned out how to fill the gap and checking to make sure I was happy with the result- WHICH I WAS. Frank and Justin, the project managers, were extremely responsive to my concerns and the two on site guys were GREAT.
