Apollo Construction Corporation is truly a well-kept secret within the construction/renovation…read moreindustry. If you desire to deal with "family" to redo anything and everything home related, look no further. These skilled artisans will do it your way and not walk away until you are completely satisfied. They stand behind every job they take on, 110%! For me, I wanted to do a total "facelift" of my home, transforming from brick to vinyl siding, including all new doors and windows. Exceptionally talented, hard-working craftsmen showed up at my home, faithfully, each day to create the solid, stylish, cozy dwelling that I now enjoy. It is also important for me to address "value". There was a tremendous amount of work that had to be done to achieve the end product. To be honest, I expected to pay a great deal more than I actually did. Apollo does not inflate the cost to the homeowner; they are well aware of the rising cost of living, and they work with you. I feel that I got more than I paid for! It was my dream to make the house I bought into the home I love and Apollo made that possible. I would be remiss if I did not include my thanks to Sia, the mastermind of this corporation. The endless hours she puts in to really listen to each customer's needs is nothing short of miraculous. She goes the entire distance to be certain that every client is pleased with his/her outcome. God bless her! In conclusion, I urge you to check out this amazing construction company before you sign a contract with any competitor. Apollo is the one that will do it all; trust me!

Amazing amazing roofers!…read more Jacob got in touch with me right away when I put out a Yelp SOS after the recent Nor'Easter ripped off a piece of my roof. He had one of his guys here the next day and they climbed on the roof, showed me photos of the damage, and a couple of other things our roofer in 2010 never took care of. Jacob was fair with his pricing and promised to have someone out the following day once the rain had stopped. The next morning his crew showed up right on time and got to work. Four hours later my roof was fixed and in better condition than it was previously. All in all very easy experience and Jacob's workers are pleasant. They also left no mess! Highly recommend Jacob and his team to take care of your roofing needs (they do gutters, too!).

The first heavy storm after our roof replacement happened sooner than I would have preferred, but…read moreit ended up being a good test. The new roof handled it without any water entering the building. Before replacement, the surface had blisters, cracked seams, and several areas that held water. We reviewed repair and replacement options, and the condition of the insulation made replacement the more sensible choice. The old layers were removed down to the wood deck. Most of the wood was sound, although several boards near the front parapet needed to be replaced. A self-adhered modified-bitumen system was installed over new insulation and a cover board. The chimney flashing, plumbing vents, and roof hatch were all completed individually. Additional taper was used near the rear drain to improve water flow. The Royal Renovators Inc. crew protected the front planting area and used the rear access for debris. We found a few scraps of membrane near the neighboring fence after completion, but they returned and picked them up the next morning. The final documents included photos, material information, and the written warranty. Months later, the roof is still draining well and the interior stains have not returned.

The roof on one my buildings had reached the point where the frequency of repairs were becoming…read more.. exponentially more frequent. So, it was time -- full roof replacement. Since the building is both commercial and residiential, one of the biggest concerns was minimizing disruption to tenants, and of course keeping everything on budget and organized. From the start, Royal Renovators seemed to understand these concerns and put together a plan that worked around the building's daily operations. The existing roof was removed, damaged areas were addressed/fized, and a new roofing system was installed along with snazzy updated flashing and drainage improvements. Communication throughout the project was - chefs kiss - and we always knew what stage things were in. As expected, there were additional conditions unconvered that needed to be addressed. But, these guys were transparent about it, laid out the options like they did before, and it didnt turn into pressure or surprises. What stood out was how transparent they were when additional conditions were uncovered. Every decision was discussed beforehand and documented with photos. In the end, the new roof was completed on time, and is performing exactly as expected.

Excellent Quality, Fair Priced, Great Communication and Problem Solving…read moreI wanted to renovate my daughter's bathroom but keep the existing vanity, toilet and tub/shower. The existing bathroom walls were water damaged with chair rail and bead board running halfway up the sides. They walls needed to be primed, plastered and painted after the chair rail and bead board were removed, a piece added to fill the gap where the vanity did not flushly meet the wall and new bullnose tiles installed where the shower/tub met the wall. Also there was a second door from the hallway into the bathroom that I wanted removed. It was sheet rocked inside the bathroom and the hall wall side matched to the elaborate molding that ran along the bottom half. The guys had to build the molding from scratch because it is no longer manufactured..The finished hallway wall looks as though it has always been there,!!! And the bathroom itself, looks roomier, bright and fresh without the chair rail and beadboard. The guys came to work promptly every morning, cleaned up every night before they left, used drop cloths and plastic sheets to protect the rest of the house. They consulted me every step of the way as they built new molding from scratch, planned out how to fill the gap and checking to make sure I was happy with the result- WHICH I WAS. Frank and Justin, the project managers, were extremely responsive to my concerns and the two on site guys were GREAT. I whole heartedly recommend Prestige for any construction project, small or big , you might be considering.
