We have a split level and they remodeled our kitchen, took down walls, put in beams, worked with our kitchen designer and gave us the kitchen of our dreams. They were so clean throughout the process and communicative. We never had to ask what was happening, Ray and his team kept us in the loop on everything daily. It was important to Ray that we were happy with the work as well and he made sure to check in with us throughout the project. They were done quicker than we anticipated and we can't wait to have Ray and his team back to re-do our bathroom. I have been recommending Ray and his team to all my friends and colleagues and would continue to recommend him to anyone that needs a great GC. In the pictures you'll see before with the older kitchen and all the walls, I included pictures when Rays team was working, to the final product, no walls and an open concept kitchen. We were so lucky to find Ray, his price was fair, he was transparent about everything, and he really did walk us through the entire process.

We had the pleasure of designing our main floor renovation with Augie, who was since retired, and our project manager Joe was amazing to work with during the renovation. Joe also did great coordinating all of the subcontractors and ensuring their work met the Tim White standard. We want to also acknowledge Mader who was on the job everyday and headed up all of the labor. A Beautiful Renovation and Outstanding Service from Ambassador Home Improvement!…read more We recently used Ambassador Home Improvement, Inc. for our home renovation project in Hicksville, NY. We had previously used Ambassador 22 years ago to dormer our home, and that experience was fantastic from start to finish. Based on that experience, we were happy to work with them again. This time around, we added a new kitchen and den extension. As we envisioned, the results turned out absolutely beautiful! We want to thank Owner and President Gary Zaccaro and the entire Ambassador team for their hard work and dedication in making our vision a reality. We would also like to give special recognition to our Project Manager, Gene Lazauskas, for everything he did throughout the renovation. From the very beginning through the final details, Gene managed our project with professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to making sure everything was done properly. The quality of the finished work speaks for itself, and we truly appreciate the time and effort he put into making our renovation a success. Just as important, Gene consistently treated us with respect and made us feel valued as homeowners. He took the time to listen to our questions and concerns, kept us informed, and made us feel that our home and our project genuinely mattered to him. That level of communication, consideration, and personal attention made a real difference throughout the process. We understand that a renovation of this size involves many moving parts and challenges, and we certainly had our fair share. We truly appreciated the way Gene handled things along the way and his commitment to seeing the project through. It was a pleasure working with him, and we would gladly recommend him to any future Ambassador client. Thank you again to Gary, Gene, and the entire Ambassador Home Improvement team for helping make our renovation such a positive and rewarding experience. We are thrilled with the results, grateful for everyone's hard work, and wish Ambassador continued success In delivering quality workmanship to its customers. Thank you! Steve & Linda C.
