In over two years and they never reached out once just to check in. A period phone call asking if everything is ok, any problems or issues would be great. Thanks so much for delivering next day, instead of waiting weeks or months, your team came through within 24 hours. I still can't believe how everything went so smooth from start to finish. Cover and lifter fits perfectly and the LED lighting is awesome. So glad I stopped by your store last week. I would strongly recommend visiting this outlet if you're considering a new hot tub at surprisingly affordable prices. December 25 update: Well these guys did it again. Was waiting on a warranty repair and Tim shows up....the day of the wicked snow / ice storm that hit Long Island on December 17. I thought I was hallucinating when I saw the service truck pull up while I was snow-blowing my driveway. Once again Pool and Spa Guys exceeded ALL expectations. This certainly could have waited till the storm passed, but as Tim claimed, "we had you scheduled for today." While every other business establishment closed due to the storm, Pool and Spa Guys honored their commitment. Amazing! Thanks again to Steve and Tim; wish you guys all the best in the New Year.

The pool was installed and water filled the next day. I was assured by both representatives on a customer service call and in store that someone should be coming back to finish the installation. We have proof of purchase to show we were in store on the 25th. After days of no response and unanswered support calls we received a call from the installation team stating we never purchased the installation plan with filter. Note this was NEVER mentioned prior to today. I received another call from a store Supervisor in which stated I can either pay the additional fee of $199 or come into the store for them to show me how to put this together as "it is easy"! Not only was this not an easy task their demonstration filter was setup incorrectly to cause further confusion. As a result of all this poor communication and lack of accountability 4 days later my new pool is showing signs of algae. Plus a mess left by your installation crew. I don't believe this is any business standard of excellence. This poor service makes me regret this purchase. I have small children disappointed that they cannot go into a pool that was purchased. Money is not easy to come by as it was worked hard for. Again this is a huge disappointment.

The store had been open for about 20 minutes and empty. The salesman helping us was an extreme deterrent. His answers were short and abrasive and he seemed annoyed to be answering anything we asked. He walked away from us, for no apparent reason, several times and we literally had to search the store to find him. What a major disappointment. In addition, as I was looking for my salesman, I passed another salesman and I nodded and said hello. This guy walked by me and turned his head. We were going to place an order but decided that we needed to go to a different Bob's because this isn't the way you treat customers. I hope the management reads this and retrains the staff here.
