Then on Sat the 18th I called and left a message inquiring about when they could look at the pool? On Monday the 20th I called again and was informed that Jimmy was out of the office and would call Tues. Called again on Thurs the 23rd and asked for Jimmy. Was recognized and informed he was on the phone and would call me in 15 minutes. Called again in half hour and was informed that at this time they will not work on my pool? Not a great way to run a business! I will speak with my friends who recommended Jimmy and get their reaction. Very disappointed, thought Lessner Pools was a decient company. Guess Not!

Back then, Jen and Craig were a HUGE help with us, as we were novices in the pool buying world at the time. Fast forward to 2026 and once again, Jen and Craig really came through and helped us out with purchasing a new/replacement pool liner. Jen is amazing. She's super nice and friendly. She's knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor! Craig went out of his way to make sure we got the liner delivered right to our door, as it was out of stock in their showroom on the day we went in. He doesn't know how much we appreciated him doing this.
