For a number of reasons I was never happy with the enclosure. I was sure that there must be a better way to enclose a pool, but short of converting it to an indoor pool, I was clueless. None of the local pool companies was of any help, but fortunately I found Pool & Spa enclosures on the web. As others have written, John and Alex are absolutely great to work with. Their enclosures are everything they say they are. The engineering and quality of construction are outstanding, as is the performance of the enclosure. Today, April 21, the outside air temp is 78. Inside the enclosure the air temp is 97, and the water temp is 83. Even though my pool is unheated, I have been swimming in 80 degree water since late March. Previously with the screened enclosure my pool never hit 80 until May. Ditching the screened room and replacing it with a sliding pool enclosure was a great decision. The new enclosure has exceeded my expectations in every way. Great product from a great company!

After getting cooked in steam and the pizza oven, I think we burned some calories and felt a lot better about digestion. They have a lot of healthy snacks and food to consume after the relaxation. I got a watermelon smoothie and they really cut up almost half of an entire fresh watermelon for me. It was super good and refreshing. Only complaint is the WiFi doesn't really work inside. The place is next to a police station so there's definitely no happy ending massages here in the spa.

Last year, the owner of Bella Pools sadly passed away. Bella was bought by a company, JAS Aquatics, which is based in Suffolk County. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. So just beware if you are in queens you will be paying Suffolk county prices. They wanted to charge me $1200 for a job that I was quoted both $500 and $640 from two other pool companies that I will reveal in their own reviews. The manager that called me back to give me the $1200 price (keep in mind we had every single piece of equipment needed. All they needed to do was install it for us.) couldn't have cared less and sounded annoyed and distracted when speaking with me. I messaged him that we will not be back. He doesn't care. So why are you keeping the business open when it's apparent you don't care about the remaining bayside/queens customers? Sad.
