Upon opening, when issues arise the technicians were quick to resolve any issues without need for secondary visits. The closing is equally as good. The weekly cleaning and chemical balancing usually leaves us with a crystal clear pool. Again, a testament to the technicians ability and care. Over the years, we had a few major issues with our in-ground pool as well. Dario was always quick to respond and help to oversee repairs and helped with recommendations for 3rd party contractors (concrete repair and marble dusting ). Mike & Robert were on point. Once a appointment was made, they arrived on time & the service was dead on. They power vac & scrubbed my pool till it was perfect. John responded to my Yelp post quickly, was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted the work. He handled the opening, does weekly maintenance, and has taken the time to walk me through the different components so I can take on some upgrades myself. Can't say enough good things about John. He's easy-going, reliable, and has been maintaining pools across the Island for over 15 years. For my neighbors in and around Port Jefferson, the Three Villages, Mount Sinai, and Miller Place--John's been coming out to me, and he's a rare find if you're looking for honest, hands-on pool support.
