We purchased our pool (15x26 semi-inground) from Brothers 3 back in 2021 when the "staycation" became the norm, as covid shut down the entire world. The purchasing experience was a breeze and they provided information on different excavators, etc. for us to choose from. Back then, Jen and Craig were a HUGE help with us, as we were novices in the pool buying world at the time. Fast forward to 2026 and once again, Jen and Craig really came through and helped us out with purchasing a new/replacement pool liner. Jen is amazing. She's super nice and friendly. She's knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor! Craig went out of his way to make sure we got the liner delivered right to our door, as it was out of stock in their showroom on the day we went in. He doesn't know how much we appreciated him doing this. I highly recommend Brothers 3 if you're purchasing a new pool or hot tub (they have some AMAZING hot tubs and hopefully I'll be able to talk my hubby into investing in one eventually!!!). Purchased above ground pool in 2025. When we removed cover at start of season, the stanchion cover caps were all broken, some hardware was missing. We contacted Brothers III who informed they were not responsible for the defective parts, damage was caused by extreme cold over the winter. We had another pool for 29 years and never had an issue due to cold winter weather. We had no choice but to purchase the replacement parts which were discounted by 40% leaving an expense of $274.00 which we feel should have been absorbed by either the manufacturer or Brothers III. In addition, the time and labor necessary to replace the parts will be a burden. It is very disappointing to make a large purchase and find that the seller's response to defective parts is less than accommodating. I would avoid purchasing anything from Brothers III Pools. read more

I had an excellent experience with them. First of all I saved alot of money by going to them. Another business sold me a 'package" and the price was 10k more than Brothers 3 quote right off the bat. OK not with all the "stuff" in the package. That other vendor reduced the price a little when I pointed out that I did not need a new solar cover or ladder/stairs. I cancelled that other business and went with Brothers 3. They were straight forward without any "package" gimmics. The installer was great. The liner however had a manufacturer seam defect so Brothers 3 replaced the liner and the installer removed the defective liner and installed the new one at no charge. All is great. I purchased a pool from Brothers 3 (Dan Levine) over the summer. My situation was tricky because I had purchased my house from a builder and the pool couldn't be installed until after I owned the house. I couldn't control the timeline of the install. Dan was fantastic, he walked me through all of the options with the pools he offers. I never felt any pressure to make a decision, in a few situations he talked me into spending less money than I wanted because he didn't think I would benefit from some of the options I was exploring. I priced this out with a few different pool companies and Dan was the only one who didn't bad mouth the competition, he just focused on the pro's of his products and didn't try and upsell me. I have to say the whole purchase experience was fantastic. The pool was installed a few weeks ago and the installation process far exceeded my expectations. Dan had recommended an excavator/paver company (CMC Industries, Chris Morrison) and electrician Power Moves Contracting (TJ). I have to say the team is AWESOME. It was really refreshing to discuss something with one of the 3 and find out the whole team discussed and planned. While the masonry work is ongoing the pool install is complete and I couldn't have expected a better experience and to be honest there is nothing I can suggest that they do better. 9/3/22 Visited store at 12 pm. Patronizing, condescending and extremely rude sales person spoke with my husband, clearly sending a message that our business was not that important. Right off the bat used terms like" Let me educate you" and was very rude and obnoxious. We have no interest in doing business with this company, did not even take any contact information from us or ask our name or anything. If this is the sales person they have in their show room, clearly the management doesn't care that much. Threw out an initial quote out that is double a quote from another company. I even hired them to do my WEEKLY MAINTENANCE SERVICE after another company had been doing just the minimal and the wrong thing. Very disappointed in Brothers 3 . I purchased a pool from them last year. I used all of their contractors to have my pool installed. Turns out the pool is 5 inches too close to my fence. Even though I gave Brothers 3 a diagram of were pool should be. Now I have to pay $2,250 to get a variance from the town . Last year after having a 3 year old pool and heater, the heater stopped working. I called Brothers 3 for help, got nothing. Went to store, spoke to Jim our salesman, promised me to get in touch with company. Nothing, called several times, no call back as promised. Had to get my own contractor to fix it which was costly. Was not going to return but I did since it is somewhat close to my home. Since I had to buy a new heater (not from Brothers) I wanted to make sure I had the proper chemicals. $260.00 later, $65.00 for pool shock, I was unable to increase chlorine, and at 10:01 am I called the store for help, and again was told everyone was busy and someone would call back. Well, still waiting. Bought 2 bags of shock at $2.99 each at another pool company and one bag worked. Never again will I spend money in that store. I bought an in-ground pool from Brothers 3 last year. Throughout the process I dealt with Dan Levine. Because of the pandemic I basically had to GC the entire project myself. Dan was very helpful and courteous throughout the entire process. After all was done ( dry well, excavation, liner install etc etc ) I was not happy with how the liner looked once we filled the pool. There were quite a few creases. The thought of having to 'live with the pool' looking like this was very disconcerting and worrying.... ( the install was not performed by B3 but by an external installer) .. The only way to deal with this was to remeasure the pool, manufacture a new liner, drain the pool entirely and re-install the new liner ) After speaking with Dan he assured me not to worry about it and that it would be dealt with at the end of the summer season. Truth be told I was sceptical ... But true to his word Dan dealt with this issue 120%. Brothers 3 picked up the 'tab' for both the remeasure of the pool and the new liner for the pool installer, Jack ( he was great too...) to re-install. The 2nd liner is perfect !!! .... We couldn't be happier. So all my worry was for nought in the end! Dan really pulled through and delivered like he said he would. For this reason I would give B-3 6 stars if I could. They made right what was wrong at their own expense to ensure their customer was satisfied. Give them a shout if you're in the market for a pool ( PS: I also did a lot of research and loved the Radiant Pool that they sell. On May 16, 2024 a tree fell during a rain storm. It landed across the length of my pool through my deck and down my house. The pool is still holding this massive 1000+ pound tree on top of it. Horrible business and customer service. My mother bought a vacuum from them that was faulty right away. They promised to have it serviced and fixed and strung her along past the warranty period each time with a different lie and promise "Hayward pick it up to service it" "We are waiting on the manufacturer" It has been lie after lie. They are unwilling to make any logical compromise and offered her an insulting $200 store credit after spending $2k on a top of the line machine that never worked. Christine who handles the customer service is abrasive and nasty - has spoken to my mother and husband in ways no employee representing any business should. Two and a half years ago, we wanted to replace our existing pool. After meeting with three different companies, we decided on purchasing from Three Pools Pools. We sat down with Craig and Jen, and after me being in sales for 31 years, I know how sales people can be. There was no hard sale, they asked us what we were looking to replace our old pool with, and listen to our concerns. They pulled up a view of my property, and showed us what the pool would look like, once it was installed. They treated us like family and sent a salesman over my house on a Saturday night at 8:30 with 58 people in my back yard, to adjust the speed on the motor, another company would of probably told us to wait until Monday. Josh there head installer was fantastic, the pool came out perfect. His guys stayed late at night a few days, just to complete the job the right way. I'm not sure if I'm completely happy. Since pool company is bAcked up due to covid and everyone getting pools. Maybe that's why it's taking a long time to do job. Once pool is up I will be happy but at this time just dissatisfied Bc of all the money spent towards the pool. The prices change as you get install. Modified charges are being charged every week. I'm not sure if these are valid charges. They seemed to be very high priced in as per a landscaper but I have no options Bc I don't want guys to walk off job and not get done. I purchased a pool and installation from Brothers 3Pools in 2020 . The install went smoothly but the liner was faulty. With 2" of water in the pool I realized it was leaking. I called them and they sent someone to patch it and said that they would provide a new liner and install when they could get one. It took 1 1/2 years to get the liner. It was the end of the season so I covered the pool and called them in the spring. No one got back to me so I opened the pool and used it with a patch . At the end of the second season I realized the center section of the liner floor faded drastically different from the rest. I called in the spring and my call was never returned again. This year I called and pretended to be a new costumer for a liner install and then they called back. After talking to numerous different people and getting the run around I was told they wouldn't pay for the installation of the liner. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I am writing this review because I just read the last bad review, I was also taken by this company all they do is sell you a lie after you pay for the pool they give this sheet for a list of installers that you must use for the pool warranty which is also a lie, everything is a lie and then they blame you for everything, Jim there lovely sales person even called the cops on me and said I was harassing them after there installer they recommended did not install the pool to the proper depth. I also have spent over 35k and my back yard is still not done from last year. This is a bad business bad owner stay away and pay a couple of extra bucks somewhere else cause it's going to cost you double with them and a lot of headaches. After only four years, our semi-in ground pool purchased from Brothers 3 and installed by Sparkle Pool Service collapsed. The purchase price of the Pool was 11,544.65. The price was 2,709 to have it installed. We then spent an additional 17,000 to build a custom trex deck around the pool. After the Pool collapsed, we had to pay Sparkle an additional $550 to remove the collapsed pool and then we had to demolish our beautiful trex deck. Currently we are out 32,000, and climbing with estimates from landscape companies to fill in the hole and regrade/landscape the backyard at a cost of upwards of 3,000. In response to Brothers 3 comments: After closing the pool in the fall, there must have been a slow leak in the liner. We purchased a new liner for almost $900 from Brothers 3. Brothers 3 told us to call Sparkle to fix the liner. It took us over a week to hear back from Sparkle as the pool continued to drain and eventually collapse. This is a pool that Brothers 3 claims to be a "semi-In ground," but obviously cannot be installed at any depth in the ground. Brothers 3 and Sparkle are commenting on an engineers report from our homeowners insurance that they have never seen or read. Their information is false. It clearly states defective, not up to code installation. All we were looking for was a new pool installed at no cost to us. We are told we have to pay again to reinstall a pool that we paid to have installed once already at a cost of $2,000. We were not looking for anything else. We do not want anyone to go through the same experience. read more
