Instead, he insisted on putting it in a different spot, assuring me that he had leveled the ground and that it would be fine. The pool looked okay at first, but it only lasted one season. Last year, the liner ripped, and I initially thought it was my fault. This year, I had another pool professional come inspect it, and they immediately pointed out that the original installation was done very poorly. They found that there were tree roots underneath the pool that had continued to grow, causing the ground to become uneven and the pool to lose its level. I was also told that the area should never have been used in the first place because of the roots. I trusted his judgment when he assured me the spot was properly leveled, but it turns out that wasn't the case. While the pool may have looked fine initially, the poor placement and installation ended up costing me a damaged liner and additional repair expenses just a year later. I would not recommend this service based on my experience. If I could give a 0 star;I would.

You will need to call or text at least 5-6 times before they follow up if they follow up at all! Terrible workmanship and customer service.

Due to there actions and no ownership of what occurred. A huge mess was left in my backyard during my end of year closing. DE was left sprayed all over the siding of my home and he refused to come out and clean 9it up. When I questioned Jay about the events that led up to making the mess Jay blamed the mess on me and "my dogs mess" and not on his incompetence in doing the work properly that he was paid to perform. **Disappointed by Unfinished Work and Lack of Communication**…read more I do not normally write negative reviews, and I had hoped to resolve this directly with the company. Unfortunately, the work on our pool project remains unfinished after nearly 3 years, and despite multiple calls, messages, and attempts to follow up, I have received no meaningful response or timeline for completion. At this point, posting a review feels like the only way to get the company's attention and obtain an update because their failure to finish the work and close the permit is now stopping any new permits to be issued for additional work on our home and yard. I would much prefer to update this review positively once the company responds and completes the job as agreed. For now, I would encourage prospective customers to obtain direct contact info for s much of their team as possible and hold final payments until the permits are closed.

I called Becks and spoke to Larry and he sent a diver out to find the problem. Pictures were taken to show tiny holes throughout the entire liner. This was a surprise since the liner was only 6 years old. Larry agreed to install another liner at a discounted price. Once the new liner was installed everything was fine until 2 months later when again my pool was drastically leaking water. Again a diver was sent to take more pictures and said it could be the automatic robot that vacuums the pool. This is the same vacuum that had cleaned the pool for the last 4 years with no problems. I was told by another pool company that the liner was too thin. When I spoke to the office manager and was told to leave the hose in the pool to fill continually which resulted in a $900 water bill. Larry would not respond to my calls. Frank told me that they did not have any pictures which the diver took and was untrue. he was also very rude to me and unprofessional. The matter has not been resolved as Becks does not want to deal with me and admit that the liner was not the right one for my pool. They have caused me so much distress and money. The fact that they will not return my calls any longer is unprofessional and unacceptable. PLEASE BEWARE!!!
