He gave me these parts at no charge. Now, these parts would not have cost more than a few dollars but, It was refreshing to go to a business that cares about their customers. Upon opening, when issues arise the technicians were quick to resolve any issues without need for secondary visits. The closing is equally as good. The weekly cleaning and chemical balancing usually leaves us with a crystal clear pool. Again, a testament to the technicians ability and care. Over the years, we had a few major issues with our in-ground pool as well. Dario was always quick to respond and help to oversee repairs and helped with recommendations for 3rd party contractors (concrete repair and marble dusting ).
