I used Pool safety systems to build my mesh fence around my pool and they did a great job. Now I have one fitting coming out and cracked so I can't close my fence. I told Tom about this months ago and he just didn't think it was important for a paying customer to get service on a broken fence that his team installed. To this day the issue has not been fixed and I have had animals sneaking in that area. They do good work if you can get them to show up. But i wouldn't recommend them due to their unreliability 10/13/22- still waiting for my fence to be fixed. Have not heard from Tom and I'm very upset at the lack of customer service - I hope this gets fixed soon and I will change my review once that occurs read more

Tom was awesome from the start. He helped navigate me through product selections and fielded questions that made me feel confident I was making the right choice. We thought that we were going to install a "safety fence" that we had purchased online. I asked Tom questions about the process and price of installing one professionally. Best decision I've made in a while. The finished product and installation was flawless. He took the time to ask me questions about how I would like the gate to perform, where the fencing would work best for us, and did it all for a reasonable price. We ordered our safety cover too and that will be arriving in a couple weeks. We purchased our second Meyco pool cover in July from Pool Safety Systems because we just replaced our tile and coping. We were contacted via text on Sunday, August 30 at 10pm stating, Pool Safety System staff would be at our home the next morning to install the cover. With so little notice, we had to scramble to move all the furniture from the deck and remove the diving board in the morning before we went to work. When we got home that night to inspect our $3K pool cover investment we found it missing a strap that holds the cover to the deck. Pool Safety Systems refused to help. We chased them for weeks for help when they finally told us to speak to the manufacturer. Meyco will take the cover back to "repair" it but they charge a $125 inspection fee and we are expected to pack up and ship the cover at our own expense which is easily a few hundred pounds. Meyco didn't bother to mention this missing strap violates the terms of their ten year warranty. It's now fall and cold so we cannot remove the cover.  So our pool and our recent $12K investment replacing our tile and coping is now left vulnerable from winter and inclement weather from doing business with Pool Safety Systems. The pool cover warranty is now not valid and the owner of Pool Safety Systems has provided no help and has accepted no responsibility. Lies: no help was ever offered from this business owner. He failed to respond to our calls for help. He knowingly delivered a faulty product and never responded to our complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the NJ Attorney General's office. Fail: "the strap not being on the cover will make no difference whatsoever" It absolutely matters when I pay someone $12,000.00 for a new pool cover I expect it to be provided complete and in good order. read more
