They were prompt, polite (even took their shoes off without being asked) and got right down to work assessing my house. I didn't feel pressured at all and they even talked me out of a few things. I consider myself to be pretty OCD and I've read up on baby proofing, but man did I get schooled. Ed and Jim pointed out things I never would have thought of and gave me tips for how to act around my daughter to prevent her from mimicking my behavior. I chose to have everything done in one session although they offered to leave the estimate and return, or even step outside if I wanted to call my husband to discuss things (lol). They gathered their supplies from the van and within an hour installed two custom gates, kitchen cabinet and drawer locks, multiple upper door locks and heavy furniture tethers. They even replaced my door stop. It's not an inexpensive endeavor (my final bill was several hundred dollars), but every house and family is different and the work Ed and Jim do is completely custom to you. For me, feeling safe and secure in my own home is worth every penny.
