After vetting multiple companies, I ordered window guards from Sentry for our living room to protect our two-year old toddler. Ed was very responsive and a great help. After he received the dimensions of my windows, he suggested a set of guards that worked out perfectly. In addition, I only had a couple of windows to guard, so it didn't warrant an installation visit. However, in addition to the windows, Ed sent over an installation video to walk me through the process, and even provided a drill bit for me to drill the pilot holes. Ed responded to questions that came up during the installation and it all went smoothly. He even checked in afterwards to make sure everything is okay. I appreciated that. Had a great experience with Sentry Window Guards. Ed was extremely helpful and walked us through the size and color options, then custom-made the guards for our apartment. We installed them ourselves which was very straightforward - just need a power drill/driver. The guards are thin which means they fit perfectly into our window tracks, and are also fairly unobtrusive. The aluminum construction and powder coating mean we never have to worry about rust.
