These guys are the best! They showed up at 8am to clean our skylight windows and pressure wash our roof which was completely covered with moss. They carefully brushed off the moss then pressure washed the roof. They also were opened to cleaning the rest of our windows and did an outstanding job! We just moved to New York and it was a pleasant surprise for us to find honest and very hard-working contractors. They showed up at eight and did not finish until 6:30 PM. We were super impressed! I chose this company because of the good reviews. They were even more expensive, but I figured I would get a premium service to match. I did not. I specifically requested that they clean the window sills and tracks and they didn't do it until I reminded them. Even then they didn't do a very good job. The next day I can still see the streaks they left outside of the window. To give credit where credit was due, they were very communicative. 8/30 Update: They called me today saying it was a miscommunication and that they didn't know I wanted the tracks cleaned despite it saying so explicitly in the request. They offered to refund me half the cost of the service. While I wish the miscommunication didn't happen, the refund was a professional move. read more

We moved into the 11th floor of a "luxury" rental that apparently had not had the windows washed since it was built. It was really gross to the point that the view was basically obstructed by a layer of dirt. Moisha window cleaning was fantastic! Showed up on time and cleaned windows I was unsure he would be able to reach from inside the unit. He unscrewed something and was like...halfway out the window which was honestly scary and I couldn't look at him doing that because I am scared of heights but he totally cleaned the window and put the window back together. He even got random paint splatters off with a blade and the whole apartment looks 100x better. It was a really huge improvement to the apartment to have the windows cleaned. We chose Moisha based on other Yelp ratings. Igor (Mike) arrived promptly and spent four hours cleaning our 18 windows and frames, far longer than the sloppy work of the company we used last time. He did an outstanding job. Not only were our windows sparkling clean after not having been cleaned for a year, but he also explained technical issues that affected the cleanliness of our windows, such as film that had aged and was causing bubbles on our double window panes. Moisha is not the cheapest vendor, but they do a good, thorough job. By the way, Igor is a lovely person who is proud of his work.
