No hidden prices or charges, it's all very easy to understand and what your expectations are when they do the job. It's the first time I use a company to wash my building and I definitely will use them for any future projects. When they came to clean the front of my building it was well done and they make sure to ask if you're satisfied with the work. Very thorough in all they do and very considerate to keeping the washing to your building as much as possible so as to not bother your neighbors. The two guys who came made sure everything was ready before the washing begins. From the first time I reached out to them to when they came to clean was only a few days and that's only because I was not in a rush. I was sold from the first hello and so glad I did. My brick pavers on my pool deck and driveway looks amazing. My husband and I were debating to change them because some of the pavers were uneven and looked so old and faded. NYC Power Wash was recommended from one of our old neighbors, who usually is super picky when it comes down to picking company's to fix anything in his home. Mohamed took his time explaining everything and sent me a detailed proposal based on some pictures that I sent him. it wasn't cheap but it was a fraction of changing the entire Pavers. I used this company for the first time last year (2015) they power washed decades year old unfinished wood fencing and concrete. In addition they also stained the fence. First off let me say that if I could rate NYC Power Wash 10 stars, I would! I just moved into a condo with a basement level outdoor space. My neighbor has a mulberry tree that dropped what must've been thousands of berries onto the space, which is entirely cement. The last time I saw the space was 2 weeks ago and it was clean, so you can imagine how much of a mess it had become since then. The cement was not only stained from the berries but they had rotted and were attracting every single fly, mosquito, and other bug in the vicinity. I had some serious doubts as to wether or not this could ever be a useable outdoor space. I called at least 4 companies to get quotes. NYC Power Wash charged me hundreds, yes HUNDREDS less then what their competitors quoted me at! Even though their price was more then reasonable that didn't effect their quality of work. By the time they were done I didn't even recognize the space! There was no trace of mulberry anywhere to be found. As if doing a stellar job wasn't enough, Mohamed (the business owner) and his worker were on time, clean, and pleasant to interact with. Great job! Having replaced my old fence at the end of summer last year, my deck and railing was looking sad. NYC Power Wash did a great job making my deck look beautiful again. The white railing looks fresh. They also cleaned the cement area next to the deck that had become quite mossy in spots. The area looks good and is no longer a slip hazard. Communication with Mohammed was great before, during and after the job. The workers notified me before they arrived and spoke with me as needed throughout the job which took about 90 minutes. Mohammed is fantastic! He was always professional and understanding of my schedule when I had asked him to come 30 minutes later than his suggested time. Our roof deck hadn't been washed or treated in 8 years. Some boards were warped and splitting, screws pulling through, and the existing stains was uneven and worn off entirely in some spots. I thought the deck was in pretty bad shape and that it would be a big expensive job. I called Mohamed just to get an estimate on the initial power wash expecting to need to find another carpenter to do the rest. We had a row of three brick and cement townhouses in Williamsburg power washed to get rid of the efflorescence that was causing unsightly white streaks all over the facade of the buildings. That stuff is pretty much impossible to get rid of without professional attention, and even then there is no guarantee that it can be removed enough to look good. Our brick looks so wonderfully clear of all the leaching. Mohamed truly stands behind his work and conducts his business with integrity. He is communicative and informs you of the work to be performed. Any concerns that came up were handled with an open dialogue and professionalism. He and his team did a stellar job of removing the deposits and took extra precautions to protect the plants on our decks. They use environmentally safe chemicals, but I think it's a good idea to take delicate/sensitive plants indoors to eliminate any risk, just in case. His prices are fair as he comes fully insured and is well-equipped to handle taller buildings (ours are 5 stories).
